Bad weather disrupted the Hard Court Champtionships of Great Britain in 1948.
On Saturday 1st May 1948 E. W. Sturgess played, and won, the men's doubles semi-final, the men's singles final, the men's doubles final, the mixed doubles semi-final and the mixed doubles final.
