Furious Football Association Foreign Transfer Offers: Season 1 Empty Furious Football Association Foreign Transfer Offers: Season 1

Post by nick_fury Mon 26 Sep 2011, 2:43 pm

Week 9 has passed so The Foreign Transfer Window is now OPEN.

The Foreign Transfer Window will be open at the following times:

Pre Season - Week 2
Closed Week 3 & 4
Week 5 - Week 7
Closed Week 8 & 9
Week 10 - End of Season

Transfer Pendings will be open Monday to Friday with a cut off time of 15:00. This is to ensure we can respond to offers.
Any Offers after that time will count towards the followings days TP's.

You are allowed 2 TP's per day

Replies and Negotiations will take place on this page soon after 3pm

ALL TP's must be in the following format:

TP: (i.e. the number of the TP from you daily allowance, 1,2 or 3)
Player: (i.e. Rooney aka the best striker in the Europe)
Team: (i.e. Manchester United aka Champ19ns)
Offer: (i.e. £35M)
Reason: (i.e. reason they would join)

TPs not in the correct format or outside the window will be ignored.

You cannot make a bid unless you already have the cash to complete the deal you must have the funds already, or have guaranteed funds arriving, to be able to finance the deal. (i.e. you cannot bid and then after bidding try to raise the funds by offering your players for sale).

How your bid will be assessed.

There will be a Committee of 3/4 managers who oversee transfers.
This will be built up of one manager from each league (in order to stamp out any bias).
Transfers must be registered on a Transfer Pending page in the format above. Each member of the committee will either state if they are For or Against the transfer. For the transfer to be successful it must have the majority of committee members IN FAVOUR of the transfer.
Committee members will NOT have to state any reason to a manager as to why an offer has been accepted or rejected, just a yes or no on the pending deal. Committee members can do so if they wish.
Please remember a Transfer does not reply upon one member, so try not to shout/argue with a committee members over a transfer because for all you know they could of voted yes for you.

TPs will not be answered until after the window has closed. If a manager wishes to counter another managers offer, then he must do so the same day and before the window closes. For any enquiries after the window closes will be considered as the following days so be careful as you could end up wasting enquires. Order of the enquiries is the order they will be answered but the highest bidders offer will most likely be successful, if both bids are accepted then it will be considered from the players point of view as where they are most likely to want to play. If all enquiries are unsuccessful, then the player will stay at his current club and can be enquired about again in the following window.

Please Take Note of the following which occurs once an offer has been responded to AND accepted but not confirmed by the Buying Club:

If a figure is agreed the transfer MUST be finalised, meaning paid in full, within a resonable time (this is due to manager being online). If the funds are not available the transfer will be delayed until 5pm that day.
Up to this time any team may attempt to hijack the deal by placing an offer on the table, the committee will vote on this, once again the majority of committee members must be in favour for the deal to go through.
If the funds are raised before any other tabled bid has been received the original team will secure the player.
If no team bids and the funds are raised within the time the deal may go through.
If the funds are not raised and there are no further bids the player continues with his current club.
If another club bids and the origianal club has raised the funds before confirmation of the transfer offers will be assessed the offers but the Original bidding Club will take preferance, thus most likely to secure the transfer.

If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.

If your offer is accepted you have 1 hour to confirm the transfer as the player and his agent will not hang around while other clubs could be interested.

1TP, Benfica:

Player: Dedé
Team: Regatas Vasco da Gama
Fee: £6.5m
Reason: The Brazilian theme is running strong through Benfica. The pairing with Luisão at the back and Emerson on your left can make us a formidable force. This is a great opportunity to enter European football, you speak the language, are guaranteed first team football and champions league action.

Porto
TP: 1
Player: Ganso
Team: Sau Paulo
Fee: £20m

http://www.goal.com/en/news/91/portugal/2011/08/07/2609213/porto-join-ac-milan-in-race-for-santos-ganso-report

Porto have been rumoured to be getting Ganso in the last few months and aim to place a bid in the Jan transfer window, two Santos players have already joined Porto and it's a natural move to a country that speaks his language. The opportunity to combine with other compatriots like Hernanes & Hulk at the Europa Cup Winners should make it irresistable for him to join.

Porto
TP: 2
Player: Miguel Veloso
Team: Genoa
Fee: £11m

Veloso gets the opportunity to return to his home country and play for the Europa Cup Winners. Having such quality players in front of him on the pitch allows him the opportunity to win some big trophies and challenge in the Champions League on a regular basis.

TP: 3/3
Player : Ibrahim Afellay
Team Barcelona
Offer: Season Loan with a future 13m fee

Porto
TP: 3
Player: Javi Martinez
Team: Athletic Bilbao
Fee: £20m

Martinez has just broke into the Spanish national side and a move to the Europa Cup Winners will only help him cement that place. Porto have numerous Spanish speaking players in Reina, Lugano, Godin and Falcao and the chance to regularly appear in the Champions League should be impossible to resist.

Liverpool

Bid One:-
Yann M'Vila
Rennes
£15m

He has been tipped for a move away from France, £15m irl is the asking price. He would come to Liverpool as my DM - N0.4. I am desperate for a quality DM and he fits the bill

Bid Two:-
Igor Akinfeev
CSKA Moxcow
£16m

A quality keeper, and the surprise of sellng Pepe Reina sees me needing a new No.1, he is top quality and would go straight into the sticks, with no keeper at Liverpool anywhere near his quality

Bid Three:-
Edson Cavani
£20m

Would relish the chance to play with International team mate Suarez at club level, they would become prolific partnership as they have done with Uruguay and strike fear into many defences in the league. A fantastic striker and would do really well at Liverpool, Seb Coates another player who would help him settle

ROMA T.P'S

Bid 1
Name: Marek Hamsik
From: Napoli
To: Roma
Fee: £25m

We want to build the team around Hamsik, we are offering a big deal for him so we can get him. He will be the main man at the club and playing alongside De Rossi, Totti and more players to join. If you notice in Italian Football big players move from one big club to another such as Inzaghi, Vieiri, Nedved and so on. We are in the capital so there is a lot for him to do here when notplaying Football.

Benfica TP 2/3
Name: Sidnei
From: Besiktas
Recall Loan Player
Reason: We would like to recall Sidnei as he will be an integral part to our team this season. With his young Brazilian team mates already here he will easily feel back at home. Our CB roles need strengthening and Sidnei is a very valuable player to us.

Benfica TP 3/3
Name: Airton
From: Regatas do Flamengo
Recall Loan Player
Reason: Airton is a very gifted player at the heart of the midfield. We are looking to build our team around the young Brazilian players coming through the ranks such as Airton, and we require his services back urgently.

Club: Real Madrid
Fee: £7mil

Looking for a versatile defender. Currently unhappy with Real due to lack off game time. Would welcome a return to England after enjoying his time with Liverpool.

ROMA

Bid: 2
Name: Angelo Palombo
From: Sampdora
To: Roma
Fee: £6m

Palombo has the chance to play with Roma, this may be his last chance to play for a big club. We want to bring him from Seria B to play in a much better quality of league. We have Italian based players such as De Rossi and this could help him going to the Euro 2012 as a starter for Italy.

Tottenham

TP: 2
Name: Gary Cahill
Club: Bolton
Fee: £13million

Bid failed on deadline day. Would be a huge asset to Spurs and he would love to join a club with European football with a pedigree of producing England centre backs. Good mates with Michael Dawson. His contract expires in the summer so
Bolton would like to cash in rather than leave on a free and his clubs poor start to the season would further cement his desire to move on.

Tottenham

TP: 3
Name: Lukas Podolski
Club: FC Koln
Fee: £7mil

Looking for a different attacking option and more pace going forward, VDV lacks pace, as does Pav. Podolski has struggled since his move to Bayern Munich and with Koln struggling in the Bundesliga this would be a perfect opportunity for Lukas to reignite his career before the Euros in 2012. Has an excellent record at international level and would add another level to the spurs attack.

You actually only get 2 really.

Nick didn't add that to the rules and when he copied over from the old league, he forgot to change.

So you get 3 TPs today, and 2 per day after that

Edit your Beckham one and change the numbering on the other two.

Re the Beckham one, there are never going to be free transfers. You would be required to pay a signing on fee in this case

Fiorentina:
TP1
Player: Jesus Navas
Team: Sevilla
Fee: £18m
Reason: The Spanish winger has hit a bit of a plateau and needs a change of scenary to continue his progress. He has been linked with moves abroad and we feel that a move to Italy will give that chance to play abroad without such a big change in culture.

TP2
Player: Gary Cahill
Team: Bolton
Fee: £16m
Reason: The central defender is establishing himself in the England set-up, but his club are currently is free fall and we feel Cahill needs to move to a club on the up. We are such a club and we can offer guaranteed first team football and the opportunity to shine on the bigger stage

Lyon

1/3
Cristian Ansaldi
From: Rubin Kazan
To: Lyon
Fee: £11m
Reason: Ansaldi has improved at Kazan and now could be the right time for him to move on. I would like to bring him to an established European Giant, Lyon to come right into the team as either RB or LB. his adaptability will only increse the chances of first team football for him. His tough tackling and surging runs are exactly what im looking for in a new era for Lyon.

2/3
Marvin Martin
From: Sochaux
To: Lyon
Fee: £9m
Reason: Martin is one of France's big hot prospects and we think it fitting for him to join Lyon. Offer him higher standard of football and his ability to play Am or on the Right means he is able to claim a first team place right away. This will also give his the chance to showcase his talents at a greater level thus cementing his place in the France team for the Euros.

3/3
Carlos Tevez
From: Man City
To: Lyon
Fee: £10m Loan + FF Negotiable
Reason: Tevez is not going to play for Man City again. Thats is that. No club is willing to pay the £40m Man City want right now. His only way out is a loan. I am offering Man City £10m to loan Tevez for the duration of a Furious Association Season with no future fee but the option to attempt to negotiae one at the end of the season. The £10m loan fee is for the loan ONLY and will not be considered IF negotiations for a permanent deal begin.
Tevez will be able to play with fellow at a top level of football and will command a first team place, Tevez wants to play football and I am offering, sorry I am guaranteeing him that with the promise of starting every match possible and playing a full 90 minutes.

TP:1

He is all ready on loan and no longer wants to play for a team battling to stay up from getting relegated , and wants to play for a stronger team which has the chance to play in Europe

They would like to point out that the club has a very successful Be A Pro team on Fifa, and that would be where the European football is.

Don, Bull is Atletico, he wants to make the loan permanent.

CF,

You have to copy the formats used above, and they need to be realistic. Iker has been at Real for his entire career, is the club captain, and basically an institution, he ain't gonna be leaving.

Porto wish to improve their offer for Veloso to 13m
Veloso can be the rock of the Porto midfield triangle with Martinez and Hernanes in front of him. As reward for joining he would be made vice captain of the team.

Adam Johnson is an outright no.

If you want to try for a loan, then that needs to be a fresh enquiry tomorrow

Dortmund want a lot more for Schmelzer. First choice RB from last years champions and also a German international.

Sorry KB, I missed that.

That offer is still considerably below what Koln would consider. He is a Koln legend and they would not sell him cheapily at all
