Furious Football Association Foreign Transfer Offers: Season 1 - Page 3 Empty Furious Football Association Foreign Transfer Offers: Season 1

Post by nick_fury Mon 26 Sep 2011, 2:43 pm

First topic message reminder :

Week 9 has passed so The Foreign Transfer Window is now OPEN.

The Foreign Transfer Window will be open at the following times:

Pre Season - Week 2
Closed Week 3 & 4
Week 5 - Week 7
Closed Week 8 & 9
Week 10 - End of Season

Transfer Pendings will be open Monday to Friday with a cut off time of 15:00. This is to ensure we can respond to offers.
Any Offers after that time will count towards the followings days TP's.

You are allowed 2 TP's per day

Replies and Negotiations will take place on this page soon after 3pm

ALL TP's must be in the following format:

TP: (i.e. the number of the TP from you daily allowance, 1,2 or 3)
Player: (i.e. Rooney aka the best striker in the Europe)
Team: (i.e. Manchester United aka Champ19ns)
Offer: (i.e. £35M)
Reason: (i.e. reason they would join)

TPs not in the correct format or outside the window will be ignored.

You cannot make a bid unless you already have the cash to complete the deal you must have the funds already, or have guaranteed funds arriving, to be able to finance the deal. (i.e. you cannot bid and then after bidding try to raise the funds by offering your players for sale).

How your bid will be assessed.

There will be a Committee of 3/4 managers who oversee transfers.
This will be built up of one manager from each league (in order to stamp out any bias).
Transfers must be registered on a Transfer Pending page in the format above. Each member of the committee will either state if they are For or Against the transfer. For the transfer to be successful it must have the majority of committee members IN FAVOUR of the transfer.
Committee members will NOT have to state any reason to a manager as to why an offer has been accepted or rejected, just a yes or no on the pending deal. Committee members can do so if they wish.
Please remember a Transfer does not reply upon one member, so try not to shout/argue with a committee members over a transfer because for all you know they could of voted yes for you.

TPs will not be answered until after the window has closed. If a manager wishes to counter another managers offer, then he must do so the same day and before the window closes. For any enquiries after the window closes will be considered as the following days so be careful as you could end up wasting enquires. Order of the enquiries is the order they will be answered but the highest bidders offer will most likely be successful, if both bids are accepted then it will be considered from the players point of view as where they are most likely to want to play. If all enquiries are unsuccessful, then the player will stay at his current club and can be enquired about again in the following window.

Please Take Note of the following which occurs once an offer has been responded to AND accepted but not confirmed by the Buying Club:

If a figure is agreed the transfer MUST be finalised, meaning paid in full, within a resonable time (this is due to manager being online). If the funds are not available the transfer will be delayed until 5pm that day.
Up to this time any team may attempt to hijack the deal by placing an offer on the table, the committee will vote on this, once again the majority of committee members must be in favour for the deal to go through.
If the funds are raised before any other tabled bid has been received the original team will secure the player.
If no team bids and the funds are raised within the time the deal may go through.
If the funds are not raised and there are no further bids the player continues with his current club.
If another club bids and the origianal club has raised the funds before confirmation of the transfer offers will be assessed the offers but the Original bidding Club will take preferance, thus most likely to secure the transfer.

If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.

If your offer is accepted you have 1 hour to confirm the transfer as the player and his agent will not hang around while other clubs could be interested.

TP: 1
Name: Oscar Dos Santos
Team: Sport Club Internacional
Offer: 3m
Reason: His team mate Damiao has just joined, Dos Santos will be a great understudy to Hernanes in the attacking midfield role and get cup games as he acclimatises to the European league. He also links up with fellow Brazilians Hulk, Santos, Danilo, Fernando etc.

TP: 2
Name: Henrique
Team: Sao Paulo
Offer: £1.5m
Reason: Likewise to Oscar Dos Santos, Porto have kept a keen eye on the stars from the FIFA Under 20 World Cup and wish to tie them to contracts. Henrique will learn from his compatriots Hulk and Damiao whilst getting the chance to participate in the cup.

*Lazio*

TP: 1

Name: Emilio Izaguirre
Team: Celtic
Offer: 7m
Reason: In need of a steady first team left back and Izaguirre fits the bill perfectly. He has been touted with a move away in the summer to a bigger stage and I feel that Lazio would be prefect as it isn't a massive step up where he may flop but is allowed the opportunity to prove himself at a level where he'll be tested more regularly than at his current team.

Landon Donovan - Rejected

Nick - I think this one is wrong. It got 3 yes's, so should have been a yes.

Samba is equivalent to Lass price because Blackburn don't want to lose Samba whereas Real are more inclined to sell

Llorente - Bilbao don't want to lose their two stars within a day of each other.

Liverpool

Alvaro Negredo
Sevilla
£18.0m

After a successful spell in Spain he would maybe want to try his luck elsewhere, Liverpool are perfect for him and he would form a deadly partnership with Suarez

Alex McCarthy
Reading
£3.0m

WOuld be a great young keeper to have at the club and would learn alot fromAkinfeev and Doni, will play in the cup games and be a regular on the bench, where he is at Reading, but obvs Liverpool are much bigger than them...

Newcastle say the £7m you bid is off at what they think Cheik Tiote is worth.

TP: 1
Name: Keisuke Honda
Club: CSKA Moscow
Fee: £10mil

We are big admirers of Honda, and we feel his attacking prowess and dead ball speciality will aid us greatly going forward. We also feel Honda would become somewhat of a cult hero here at White Hart Lane, whilst also broadening the clubs fanbase in the Asian Market, whilst making Keisuke a worldwide name.

ROMA T.P

Bid: 1
Name: Gökhan Gönü
From: Fernabache
To: Roma
Fee: £6m

The RB position at Roma is vacant and we feel that Gonu is the man to take that position. He would be our first team player and I am sure it is a bigger step up from the Turkish league and playing along side better players will only improve his game.

Bid: 2
Name: Marko Marin
From: Werder Bremen
To: Roma
Fee: £14m

Werder finished a dissapointing 13th last season, we feel Marin should be playing at a higher level then he currently is. I have Barkley, Ramsey, Bojan all young lads who will be getting games for me and so will he. I would like to bring him to the Roma team so he can fulfill his potential becoming a top player.

With the signing of Pazzini and Zarate, chances will be few for milito and we are offering him one last chance to play regularly.

£8m for Beck - Accepted

Lyon

TP1
Fabian Frei
From: Basel
To: Lyon
Fee:5m
Reason: Fabian Frei has spent a few years at Basel but some of those being loaned out. They have kept him this year but I wish to bring him to Lyon. I can offer him a lot of matches in the RM position at a very high level of football, better then the current league he is in. I think for him to nail down a place in the Swiss team this would be an ideal oppertunity for him especially right before the Euros, this is the time to impress and he can do alot of that at Lyon.
He was very low cost for Basel and is listed to be worth around £1m so Lyon feel £5m should be more than enough.

TP2
Clint Dempsey
From: Fulham
To: Lyon
Fee: £10m
Reason: His contract is running down with Fulham, 2 years left on it. With Fulham looking shades of the team that went to the Europa Cup Final both in europe and their domestic form. Contract extensions with other players are looking like they could be in with a battle ot keep some players.
Dempsey will do well here at Lyon. He will be surrounded by better players and allowed to shine. We have a top quality league with a high standard of football. He once again could be playing in Europe with more of a chance of winning trophies.
Lyon feel £10 for a players whos contract only has 2 years left.

Fiorentina

TP1
Xherdan Shaqiri
FC Basel
£12m

We are looking for another winger to step straight into the first team. We see Shaqiri as such a player, who will play in league and cup matches. A move to Fiorentina is a step up in league.

This is on behalf of King Beer:

Spurs

TP: 2
Name: Michael Owen
Club: Manchester United
Fee: £5million

Spurs are in the hunt for a ruthless and clinical goal poacher and believe that Michael Owen fits that bill easily. We have been impressed with his dedication to staying with Manchester United and trying to break in to the first team. We also understand that Michael is now considering the option of looking elsewhere for first team football with his chances now limited to Carling Cup games with the Rooney, Hernandez, Berbatov and Welbeck ahead of him. We feel Spurs would offer his best chance of breaking into the 2012 Euro Squad. Not only would we offer Michael week in, week out, first team football, we would also allow him to keep all his endorsements, as well as offering a full contract with no pay as you play incentives. We understand you have your routes in Cheshire and North Wales and would hope that you find London an easy commute, whilst also keeping you within reach of your stables. We feel our offer is very generous given Michael’s contract expires soon and his lack of first team football.

TPs (If I'm not allowed to have these as the Wednesday lot, then these are my Thursday ones)
Malaga

TP: 1
Player: Micah Richards
Team: Man City
Offer: 7.5m
Reason: Isn't guaranteed a starting slot in the Man City side and we can give him first team football here. He will start all the games and everything will be good and dandy.

TP: 2
Player: Dimitar Berbatov
Team: Man United
Offer: 10m
Reason: Linked with a move away at this price, and we are willing to pay this and make him our first choice striker.

http://www.dailystar.co.uk/football/view/197013/PSG-10M-Dimitar-Berbatov-raid

TP: 3
Player: Tim Wiese
Team: Werder Bremen
Offer: 4m
Reason: Werder Bremen finished a lowly 13th last season and we can offer first team football to him, we think he is a top class goalkeeper.

Do you think I'll be allowed to have these as my Weds enquiries?

Tevez would rather sit in the stands and wait for a move to Spain in January, than play for Everton.

navas also has no interest in joining Everton.

FYI both were subject to offers on Monday and were flat out refused as well.

Seriously think about it on Tevez.
He's sick to his back teeth of the North West, he's made no attempt to learn the language and he wants to be closer to his family is the reason he's wanting to leave.
Why would he move 34 miles down the M62?
