England 2015 hosts?

Should the IRB reconsider England hosting the 2015 world cup?
I thing a review and warning should be put in place after what is quite frankly shocking behaviour.

Because beyond their money the RFU have not shown in any way that they deserve to host the RWC.

Should the Celts step in and offer to take it on?

I imagine future England touring teams will be put in Shackles when not playing rugby so I cant imagine misconduct being a problem of the future..

Or maybe the complete opposite, England will enforce mandatory pub crawls and drinking games before Each rugby match played. Sick buckets to be placed along the match field perimeter. Instead of tossing the coin before kick off, each team will do a boat race to determine who wins the toss. Players will no longer have numbers on shirts, positions will be determined by amusing head gear for example sombreros for props, Turbans for second row, Tiaras for back row, Top hats for half backs etc.

Player of the tournament to be the man with the most media scandals to their name. A ranking system will need to be figured out maybe a 1-10 ranking per scandal which are then added up at the end of the tournament. So hypothetically a player would probably get 1 point for something minor like showing advertising on their gum shield, 5 points for a bawdy bit of dwarf throwing perhaps.. Not sure how someone could get the perfect 10. Maybe something unimaginable like throwing yourself off a ferry or the like.

Thoughts on how this could be improved?

Long way to go, I think it'll be a great world cup.

It's the same kind of lawlessness and lack of regard for responsibility that we saw on the streets of major English cities that are the real reason to pull England's hosting rights.

If there's any trouble at the Olympics, I think you could see the IRB reconsider.

That's why I'm glad we didn't get the football world cup. Would've been chaos.
