Boxing and the Movies
Following on from my rugby thread of the same ilk:
https://www.606v2.com/t15948-rugby-and-the-movies
Lets see your creative side and create some movie posters for newly created boxing movies.
Best one wins a prize*
*prize being awarded not legally binding. In fact its a downright lie.

And remember to keep them within site rules - nothing rude, offensive, libellous etc.
And put them in spoiler tabs please.

Er, cheers.
I am using Microsoft Paint and also doing my job at the same time, if that helps explain it.

What's my prize? I've noticed there is a tiny bit of smallprint but it's too small to read. Having a disclaimer that small is illegal, and i know how you don't like things illegal.
Therefore i shall be claiming a prize, or if someone (small chance) comes up with a better one i'll beat the drums for them to receive a prize.
Failure to provide said prize will result in legal proceedings being started.

What on earth has he done that's better than that?! I'd be dissappointed if a 5 year old kid had come up with them!

I was going to try do it last night but wouldn't have the foggiest. Union, if you want to win this you need to do the 'White Men Can't Jump' poster, super impose Snipes and Harrelson with BHop and Calzaghe. That would be your winner.

Sean, you might have to wait weeks to get that one. It takes Union time to come up with something sound technically brilliant that you'd think you're looking at a real movie poster.....

Thanks. I took the kids to see it when it came out. Great film. Russell Brand was excellent.

Put "white men can't jump movie poster" into Google
Refine the search to 'images'
Refine the size to 'medium'
Select appropriate image
Click 'Full size image'
Right click on image, and select 'save picture as'
Save picture onto your desktop
Repeat above for google searches "joe calzaghe" and "bernard hopkins"
Open Microsoft Paint
File - Open - Select the poster image from your desktop
Open another Microsoft Paint
File - Open - Select the JC picture
Click the 'select' button then draw a square around JC's head
Right click then 'copy'
Switch back to first Microsoft Paint (the one with the poster)
Right click and 'paste'
Resize Joe's head as appropriate (pull from bottom right corner) and position accordingly.
Repeat with Hopkins
Select a big thick pen and scribble out the word 'jump'
Type the word 'box' in its place
Save file, and display on here (with spoiler) for all to see.
That's all there is to it.
I know it would have been easier for me to just do it, but then you would never learn.
Now show us what you can do, Seany-boy...

Re: Boxing and the Movies
Click the 'host an image' button (it looks like a picture of a tree with an old floppy disk in front of it) then 'browse' and find your image then 'host', select the middle url and then paste that onto here and then spoilerise it.
