A fairly strong team for the Liverpool Victoria cup (sounds a bit less micky mouse like that!), a good mix of the youngsters and returning world cup players. Looking forward to hearing how Louw goes and if Heathcote can continue his nice little run of form.

Banahan at 12 again should be interesting, as should Spencer at 4. But what does Beech, the best LH at the club, have to do to get more game time?

I think Beech played last week? Catt is a very good young prospect too, so I hope over the season they will both get a good amour of gametime, with thr likes of flatman and bell slowly developing into more of a squad mentor role.
