No not seen it toaday , we are having a strange day ...raining this morning then bright sunshine followed by hail and now sunny again !

I dont , but there only has to be the faintest hint of sunshine for my brother-in-law to wheel the bbq out . He thinks hes Jamie Oliver

Not not really but i do love to cook especially BBQ

I love cooking , have been told im a good cook but im very critical of my cooking ..i like to experiment and not stick to receipes .

I dont really know any but Nigella is sexy

What meat do you use for a BBQ?

Im a meat eater so i like most apart from lamb ( i just cant get the thought of them jumping around a field out of my head ) .

We go to a family butchers who does loads of flavoured meats , i love their oriental pork and thai chicken ....... mmmmm the thought of the smells coming off the bbq is making me hungry . But i also love a good steak or a burger or sausage .

How about you , what goes on your BBQ ?

I am old fashioned, i do suasages, hamburgers, beef stakes and Lamb chops

Do you like your meat medium rare or well done?

I hate blood so cant have it rare but then i dont like it burnt either so between medium and welldone . Im a pain to BBq for .

Are you a coals or gas BBQ er ?

I am defo a wood and coals man, oak wood if available.

I think that cooking with oak wood makes the meat taste great, have you tried oak wood?

Yes , i do prefer the taste of the meat on a proper BBQ rather then a gas one .

Whens the BBQ coming out then ?

Well if the weather stays this good, maybe this weekend.

What are your weekend plans?

Nothing to exciting , Sons at football in morning nothing planned for after that , then sunday visit Mum then Mother-in laws for sunday tea .

Try and watch a bit of sport if i can , semi finals of the FA cup and Challenge Cup rugby league are on tv but if the kids are in then i wont get chance to see much .

Nothing wrong with a lazy weekend ,but yeh we should get out more .. if the weathers good here i will take the kids out for a walk somewhere .

I think so... we got a couple of live games last weekend.
