Am slightly amazed that Pat MacArthur has avoided a citing for the large dollop of shoe pie that he dished out to Hooper - lucky lad

Re: Glasgow Warriors vs Bath
I know. Whilst I have full sympathy for what he did and think the rules should be changed to allow for it, he raked the hell out of Hooper's back ripping his jersey to pieces in the process. The ref got full sight of it as well, which suggests to me that Berdos (a proper old school ref if ever there was one) also thinks that proper raking is legitimate.

Re: Glasgow Warriors vs Bath
I like Berdos, actually - he treats the players like a bunch of naughty schoolkids, which is as it should be, really.
Kellock and Beattie are probably good mates and whilst the club has to be seen to being supportive, it looks a lot like there are chemistry issues between Beattie and Lineen and I suspect that Beattie is not training well.
I don't have a feel for how attractive he'd be to other clubs but this is one player who would benefit enormously from a spell out of Scotland.
