Bucs will win if they give Blount the ball and Freeman stops focusing on K2 and looks at other guys who are getting open.

Re: Week 12 Discussion
Due to McCoy managing to run out of bounds before the first down marker (they're not exactly easy to miss) the Bengals started around midfield and Benson has a rushing touchdown, he already has over 50 total yards.

Re: Week 12 Discussion
in one way im hoping the vikes do something but in another im sort of fine with losing as it will at least allow higher draft position to get a better o-line and secondary. This secondary is one of the worst i have seen, the annoying thing is that chris cook is hugely talented but seems like a bit of an idiot and that has cost the team.

Re: Week 12 Discussion
sorry but freeman must be so frustrating to watch as a bucs fan,i mean he does some things that I think only a few qb's in the league can do but other times its as if there is only 1 wideout on the field that he sees, and his pocket presence seems iffy

Re: Week 12 Discussion
Niner, last year he was amazing, go watch his highlights vid it is pretty great. This year he is throwing off the back foot, staring down his receivers and making some really dumb throws. Targets K2 and Mike Williams too often. Parker and Briscoe have been the best receivers for the Bucs this year and the OC isn't using them effectively. He has great talent but it needs to be utilised better. Nobody looks like they want to win this game btw.

Re: Week 12 Discussion
Great interception return by the Browns, Mike Adams picked it and ran it for a bit and lateraled it to Haden who took it down to the 20, but all for nothing as Hagg got called for holding giving the ball back to the Bengals.
Browns defense have just managed to get a fumble recovery, Browns start from 14 yards out with 33 seconds remaining.

Matt Leinart out for the Texans... TJ Yates (Rookie 5th Rd, NC Tar Heels) in at QB.
Actually had an efficient drive going until he gave away an intentional grounding in the redzone... could make this game interesting though!

Something with the arm. He dropped back and then on replay seemed to purposely throw the ball straight into the ground before taking a hit... clearly knew something wasn't right at all

Re: Week 12 Discussion
Greg Little gets his first touchdown! Luckily the risk of trying on 2nd & goal with less than 10 seconds left and no timeouts wasn't an issue. Think the Browns wide receivers have plenty of potential that they haven't managed to show so far this season, still a position we need to draft!
Browns go in leading 17-7 at the half.

They signed Kellen Clemens this week but he's not active.
I reckon they would just go 100% run with multiple backs if Yates went down... they have the lead and plenty of backs

Thats what I meant out freeman, from watching him last year, i thought he had the talent to be in the same class as schaub and guys like that but he isn't really outperforming guys that he is way more talented than . I'd like to see him run more too, he looks like he has some wheels, he may not be cam newton but he is big and can stretch out

Re: Week 12 Discussion
It's not all his fault, he has the potential to be elite but so do a lot fo other guys. Johnson looking very good. As I say that he fumbles and Bucs recover he is making a lot of yards though.

I am having a superb fantasy week. Benched Morris and Donald Brown who have both gained over 10 fantasy points in favour of Marion Barber. Just to make it better, am up against Arian Foster, who is the only offensive threat left on his team with Yates at QB!

Mike Williams fumbles after a great throw by J5. It is raining in Tennesse and ball security is becoming a problem!

Re: Week 12 Discussion
If you guys go all out to draft a blackmon, jeffery, floyd type, i think he will make huge strides. This game will be interesting until the end, im not going to moan about ohnson as the weather looks bad and he has the most sure hands of any rb in the nfl usually. I know locker is inexperienced but i think he would be more effective working with the vertical threats of the titans than hasselbeck, the fact that he can run for 30 yard gains on designed runs also would help c2k and ringer

Feck. Blount fumbles again. 3rd and 18 Titans. The Bucs have to stop it! And do, well played E.J biggers not the first time he has stopped possible TDs today.

That was ages ago... he's now just getting sacked and pressured over and over as he can't find an open reciever

Quick 5 play drive taking the Bengals 75 yards for a touchdown, making it 20-17. Hillis is getting plenty of carries and doing fairly well, maybe there is life left in his career with the Browns?

The Bucs have a horrible run D but the Chris Johnson of old looks like his may be returning. Also while you're on here Derby, how come there was no 606v2 AF award? Couldn't think of a category?

Re: Week 12 Discussion
what a pass from ponder to harvin for a td on 4th and 13, this guy is a really good qb, just needs more protection and another weapon on the outside to go with harvin. About Gabbert, he just isn't very confident looking, ponder is playing on a team with maybe some more talent but the team is still having a poor season, despite that he doesnt think twice about throwing the ball deep when he has too. Also gabbert was a good runner at missouri, I dont think that jags fans have seen that part of his game

I believe awards were put off to seasons end because it is bad timing in terms of the NFL season being so short and over by the time 2011 is out

Re: Week 12 Discussion
1st play of the 4th quarter and McCoy get's picked off, McCoy should never have attempted that throw! Bengals get the ball on their own 46 yard line.
They'll be coming at the end of the season Thomond, don't worry! I'll probably be asking you guys for nominations.Thomond wrote:Also while you're on here Derby, how come there was no 606v2 AF award? Couldn't think of a category?

well done titans, damian williams is a star, got him on ff. C2K also looks to be running hard again, you can see him making guys miss as well. That being said, the way this game has been going, there could be another 3 turnovers and the bucs win.
