If anyone wants these players, make me the offer I write here, otherwise they're all going to releases tomorrow. I doubt anyone would want them anyway
Sergio Escudero - £1million
Alexander Baumjohann - £900k
Jermaine Jones - £3million (might not sell him just yet)
Jan Moravek - £2.5million

The juve board on the whole are dissapointed with this first season, however they believe in the coach's philsophy of rebuilding for next season, and look forward to the next season.

Disappointed with my lawyers offers if I'm brutally honest, but I'm not complaining. I'll probably take up the Babacar offer though.

YI - the reason that Ganso has moved now and didn't in the past is that clubs have now guaranteed CL football, when previously they hadn't.
IMO Ganso is far to injury prone and I can easily see his career disappearing to the physio room

There wasn't anything wrong with what you said.
When you said injured alot my 1st thought is Arsenal spend more times in the physio room then the pitch including Andre Santos ruled out for 3 months today.

Morning all, sorry for my little spat yesterday. You can blame the Mrs for putting me in a bad mood by dragging me around town for 5 hours Christmas shopping.
Afro, will we get Nick's league result before 2pm, as obviously the champions league places are decided today, and if im in champs league, it will effect my tp's I want to put in today before 2pm.

Morning All.
Day off yday, I did mention is on friday several times.
After reading some comments I agree with YI about Ganso.
Think its a poor decision on the admis here especially for this reason:
May aswel just start letting Gotze, Hamsik etc in the league now and let in go dead in a season.
Ill sort out results soon, got work to do

Likes of AC Milan and top clubs are interested. Porto submitted a line from 1dec 2011 I think. If you do a bit of looking Naymar has commited to Santos and has wished Ganso do the same. I can see him following Neymars example. Either way Im very much disapointed in the acceptanceof this transfer.YI - the reason that Ganso has moved now and didn't in the past is that clubs have now guaranteed CL football, when previously they hadn't.

Re: Furious Football Association © : HomePage Season 1, Page 10
But what the difference in Ganso to say Eriksen or Hazard?
Both of whom have already made it into the league and are reported targets of the top clubs in Europe.

Re: Furious Football Association © : HomePage Season 1, Page 10
The issue I had, is that the previous no was because he was linked to bigger clubs.
If im in champs league (hopefully after results come) does that mean I can attract the top players in the world, even if they are linked to Utd & Real Madrid etc?
A week ago, the answer would be no, but with the Ganso acceptance it is has set precedence that it is now ok.

The problem with this whole "im in champs league, so come and play for me" scenario, is that you might get knocked out in the first round of knock out games. Yes, the team is in Europe, but unproven.

Re: Furious Football Association © : HomePage Season 1, Page 10
I'm sorry Nick, but you want it to be a realistic league.
If Arsenal offered £48m for Ganso IRL, Santos would sell and Ganso would join them.
That is the main factor we should be considering when deciding on TPs.
You cannot ignore the stature of the club. I don't think he would join Fiorentina, Porto, Benfica etc, but I do think he would join Arsenal.

Also, Ganso isn't in the same bracket as Neymar, Gotze, Hamsik etc IMO.

Then maybe Arsenal shouldn't have been a team in the league? All the clubs should have the same stature otherwise this is going to happen again. I mean if Malaga bid for him, a two bit spanish club to be perfectly fair, he would not join them even if they bid 60 million.

Re: Furious Football Association © : HomePage Season 1, Page 10
Afro,
Recently Neymar has "commited" his future to Santos and has said he want Ganso to follow his example.
Ganso has said himself in the media that he want to follow Neymars example but will not talk about his contract and future until after the World Club Championships. The most important think for Ganso is to playing in that tournemant and to be part of Santos' centenary year which is next year. Hes said he will talk about contract and future after the Club Championships.
Thats why I think its a poor decision by you guys.
Is Ganso was accepted for £48m why wasnt Gotze for £40m??? Who has actually been linked with Arsenal.
Apparently Gotze isnt moving anywhere yet, sames as the talk about Ganso so I dont understand why its accepted.
Whats done is done now. Im just disapointed
That is such a poor reason. Ganso has been linked with CL clubs across europe for how long now? Very poor decision IMOYI - the reason that Ganso has moved now and didn't in the past is that clubs have now guaranteed CL football, when previously they hadn't.

Twist makes a point. This was not my vision when setting up this sytle league. And it was defo not to have players linked with AC MIlan for a good 9 months, linked with Manchester United in October 2011 to join a club in this league at the end of season one.

I disagree with you completely Nick.
Sorry.
And you know as well as anyone that TPs are never perfect, never keep everyone happy and there always ones that slip through that perhaps shouldn't have. It always comes down to people's opinions.
I am disappointed that you felt the need to come on the main page and talk about it.
Sorry.

What about Hazard then, who because it was a huge transfer fee was let in? Real, Chelsea, Inter etc have all been heavily linked to him for a long long time.
Re: Furious Football Association © : HomePage Season 1, Page 10
I don't rate Ganso as highly as others, so I do not view his TP as much of a surprise as others.
And it wasn't even my decision - I abstained from the decision as I was enquiring on Arsenal and Porto players at the time.
I don't think you can leave Viva to make a decision and then when it is one you don't agree with, start airing it on the main page. That is really bad form. Whether you agree or not, the decision was made honestly.
This is going to get too political now and it's always the same when there is a TP that people agree with. Remember Chiellini in the last league? Not sure I fancy the discussion tbh

Ganso has made it clear he is not discussing or making a decision on his future untill after the Club Championships. Correct me if im wrong but they are just starting?
