For a crucial player like Joubert it will have to be like for like.

1st team player for 1st team player.

Marler for Joubert.

Tactics

OVERALL PLAN

Run the ball and play at a high tempo with Evans looking to really attack the gainline and get our backs moving from all areas of the pitch with the forwatds running hard in the narrow channels and pulling the Wasps pack. Our game plan is based around a high workrate which our pack has along with plenty of youth and impact from the bench.

Burgess and Evans to play flat and whats in front of them and really move the Wasps pack about.

Budgen and Cole are fierce scrummages and will hold there own as well as looking to make a mess of Wasps put in.

Haha! Alright stalker.

Really struggled to think of an under the radar player that would help us. All the ones I thought out were in positions I didn't think we needed.

Etzebeth and L.Whitelock were my original thoughts, but I thought that Fitz be a good shout, pretty direct and strong to get over the gainline and he's 24, not 26! You're the Falcons expert though, so i'd believe you if you told me

Thought as much.

Tomaszxzxzx is a good TH, him & Shiells will dominate in the Champ if we go down. Be good to have Murray off budget too, he's still a good TH but not the force he was 3 years ago.

Don't start hyping Welch, I was going to unleash him on the league in a few years time Wink

Robson, Johnstone, Skivs, Easter and Daly, all have my interest.

Swap some maybe for; Swinson, Gray/maybe Wilson, Mercey and Waldlouck?

Driver-RIP 606 interesting offer but fly half and hooker are arguably my strongest positions in terms of depth and quality.

Nick Evans is quality but in club rugby is he really that much better than Brock James and C.Hodgson?

I might consider a deal like Marler for Farrell. Or a deal like AAC for Brits.

If it's a fly half and hooker you are looking for.

Thoughts on Smit for Gray?

Hmmm very compelling. What's the deal with Marler's injury? Signing a crocked player from the get go is not the best way to start.

I think I will wait a week or two before truly deciding. This deal does interest me though.

Farrell is handy because he can cover 12 and 13 too albeit not as effectively.

Would you still be interested even in a week or two?
