Hodge - you've just answered the question I asked on the other Bristol City thread!

Glad to see Deek doing well down the road.
He is destined for a EPL job eventually, great mind for the game and a shrewd buyer.

If he is willing to wait a few years hopefully it could be with us. We down here have seen what he has done to St Johnstone as he was the fans favourite to take over when we heard he was shortlisted. We have the squad for mid table atm, given a few years we could be pushing I reckon.
BTW what is Ryan Stevenson like? Been rumoured Del boy wants to bring him south

Yeah, I completely agree that he has the ability to make Bristol City into contenders for promotion. He had laid fantastic foundations at St Johnstone and I see him doing the exact same with you boys.
Stevenson is a cracking player on his day. He is a utility man as he can play many positions but he has gone off the boil slightly after a fantastic start to the season. He's been picked for the recent Scotland squad so he definitely has talent.

Sounds promising on Stevenson then if Del boy really does want to bring him in then.
He has already said he will be searching the SPL.

I never wanted him to take away our captain though
