I think Tuilagi is our best 13 at this point in time but I don't think I'd like to see a Barritt/Tuilagi midfield as their is no plan B if the opposition defend well.

I hope we get to see a Barritt/Manu midfield in 6N, think it would be great myself.

I think there would be so much pressure on Flood (or whoever is 10) to manage the game and create the gaps in the midfield to put them in. Also no other kicking option and we don't really have the Parra type of 9 who could take the pressure off.

Disagree with that, think that backline would really work.

have to wait and see.
have to have farrell on bench to give another passing/kicking option if it isnt working.

Barritt has a decent boot on him

Ireland - Sexton + D'Arcy/BOD not really kicking midfield
Wales - Priestland + Roberts/JD very much not kicking midfield
NZ - Carter + Nonu/Smith not really kicking midfield

It's all about balance and funding right combo, it's not as simple as saying that midfield wouldn't work as on paper Roberts/JD are very similar but they work pretty well

True but I am allowed to say that I don't think it will work on paper.

I suspect we will see Farrell and Barritt in the midfield (either as 10/12 or 12/13) v Scotland with Tuilagi and Flood both likely to miss out and hopefully that will work as it has done for Saracens.

The more I see of 36 the more I think he could be the man in the 12 shirt. Will be watching him closely today.

Wasps have some dangerous backs, but don't have the pack to give them a platform to play from.

Hmmm I'd have loved to have seen Youngs v Simpson as a contest.

Very big games here for Webber, Parling, 36 and Waldrom today in terms of EPS ambitions.

Waldrom can only really play himself out of the squad whereas the other 3 will have to play themselves in you'd think.

Players like Daly, Smith and Allen could been there or there about for the Saxons

I loved Allen when he first came through but he hasn't quite progressed as I'd like. Great work from Daly there and well taken by Berry.

Wasps also doing okay at the scrum. Makings of a good game. Very surprised if Leicester don't win it though.

They don't seem quite themselves atm do Leicester. Will be a massive test for them at Ravenhill.

36 is doing well i thought. I don't think that Leicester would win at Ravenhill with Flood at 10 if they play with this pack.

Mafi and parlIng playing very well

36 is playing well but much better at 12, dont look as fluid in the backs.

Parling having a stormer just back from injury, best 5 in country imo. Would be immense alongside a big carrying lock like Garvey or Attwood

Parling and Garvey would be a good combo. Is lawes guaranteed a place?

Croft and Cole have been magnificent. For me they are certain starters for England. 29 points for 36 as well. Been very impressive.

Lawes has to start for me. Him with Garvey would be the combo for me going forward. Not necessarily this 6N but certainly long term. With Croft in the back row the lineout would be okay.

You would have Wood there as well to help out with the lineout and although Lawes couldnt lead a lineout hes not a bad jumper himself so could get away with Garvey and Lawes in the row

I would be very happy with Garvey, Lawes, Croft and Wood. Cover all bases their I think but as I said not sure lawes and Garvey should be the immediate pair.

I'm not sure Croft and Wood would make a good flank combo either, need to see them play really

we miss dawiduik when he does not play. lawson the worst scrummager i have ever seen. whenever he plays it really effects our props
