leicester set to sign Klose?

Just seen talk of this and if you write in google leicster city Klose the 4th result is a page on leicsters website called one step klose to the final. no info yet on page but says section coming soon

hmmm. it is the loan window but im unsure if you can get loans in from outside the UK
