Leicester sign a young English no.8

Sorry for getting your hopes up lads it isn't Alex Gray.
It is Richard de Carpentier, former student captain and current England sevens player. Still only 21, could be good cover/ long term signing.

Odd decision to bring this lad in and let Dan Hemmingway go. They seem like similar players, except one has been immersed in the Tiger culture/ set up and one hasn't.
Is there a chance that we could keep hold of Gray? I hope so, but probably not.
