England - Italy Match thread
First topic message reminder :
Looking forward to the game, had no idea they had that much snow. Pitch doesn't look too good!
EDIT: Got to comment on Guscutt's scarf, it's soooo bad!!

Apparently he was a bit petulent when he was replaced, Lancaster should smack his legs.
I'm sure he is, probably annoyed how he played.

Thats what Sonja said. So I wouldn't read too much into it shes just trying to stir up controversy. He was probably just peed off at his own game.

I don't expect players to be happy being replaced, but as long as Youngs is angry at himself that's OK.
Massive 10 mins coming up now, next team to score will win it.

Re: England - Italy Match thread
It just shows how far Italy have come. Used be a formality beating them. Not any more. If they can iron-out the basic errors and bad decision-making... They will win 2 a year and progress.
PRO12 has really helped their development.

Completely bottled it. They so badly need a kicker. They should have had 6 more pts and be in the lead.

Re: England - Italy Match thread
Lawrence has been poor this afternoon. England have taken out an Italian a few times now and it's not been their fault once. Tom Croft's was so blatant.
Italy made the wrong decision back there. Had they even got the 3 points, 5 minutes was not long enough for them to make their way back towards the English 22 and attempt to win the game.

I would have given Brown a run out before now, probably brought JTH on as well (aside from the charge down, don't think Hodgson had a great game).
Out of hand kicking has been pretty poor.

Jeebus two weeks running and England get out of jail! Unbelievable!....
Far to many unforced errors by Italy.
Fair play that lad Farrell has nerves of steel, looks like a chip of the old block.

He knew exactly what he was doing - he was not running towards the ball he was running to block the Italian
