Because I'm trying to manage the fatigue, so I can target some games as home that I think are "winnable". I don't think I've had any players bar Hudson/May that have played five games in a row.

Need to get a little cohesion in the side, would look to play Brussow most weeks.
Backs still need a bit of work

Don't get too hung up on fatigue mate, it's a short season, most players can cope with playing 7 or 8 games on the trot. I would only really worry about the front row for fatigue this season. Continuity is more important I would say.

8 and 9 to start with Flux. Think Moody, Brussow and another (needs to be a strong carrier) at 8 is a back row that would really work for you. Maybe look at Heaslip or for someone available all year Gogodze. Hodgson at 9 will kill alot of momentum for you so needs to be improved on. Pretourious wasnt a bad shout on foreigns.

Was seriously thinking about Gogodze myself. Such a beast, plays all year, 5-8

Fantastic tackler/carrier and a decent lineout jumper as well. Think hes suited to 8 down to the ground. Available all year as well. Maybe not in Read/Parisse/Harri class but still a cracking player. Would suit Fluxys back row down to a tee for me

Right, I've just worked out that frees up 250k of the cap in our squad for next year. Time to hijack Kaino's move to Ulster I feel, probably as the marquee and then spend the money elsewhere

Yeah, it does, helps me get over losing Bendy! Honestly didn't see that coming though, spoke to some blokes in the club on Saturday and they seemed to think he would be back to fitness in 4 weeks!

It was too easy, served that one right up!
Maybe an overseas loan for the rest of the season to cover a mid season retirement? Seems fair and realistic, will be what Bath will look to do and what Tigers did with Salvi

Decision on retirements....
As players retire I'll value each case individually but be looking at giving half current value that I'd take in foreigns.

Just so you know.......I'm away in Rome from Monday till Friday so I've p.m'd Pooly my squad for next week's L.V match.
I should be able to predict but it does depend on how busy work is after a week off (I'm the only one on my project).

I see that winning the cup gets you a euro space, but don't see anything in the rules about league euro places. I know it is top 4, but don't 5th and 6th get a heino place in real life, is that the same here?
Also, do we only get 2 foreign signings next year, or is the slight EQ rule the only change and difference from this season

Re: Fantasy Aviva Premiership Season 1 - Homepage
Top 5 are automatic. 6th place only counts if one of the top 5 win the Anglo Welsh. If one of the qualifers through the league/cup also happen to win the Heino/Amlin we get a 7th spot. Pete is the man for these things though so he might correct me!!
We get 2 foreigns in the summer window and then 2 more during windows in the season. If we havent the cash during the windows then its tough luck you lose out on a foreign. If you have any bids left over from this season though they can be carried forward and used outside windows

I'm torn between 2.
one is a wing/fullback the other a wing/centre.
