Week 10 Media Questions;

1. Much has been made of who people think will win their respective leagues. Who do you want to win the Premier League and why?

Marky has an easier game, but I thinkhe will win on GD

2. As above, who do you want to win the Championship and why?

Hero......obviously

3. There has been a lot of talk about Marky replacing Cherries as Cup runner, what one thing would you change about the cup competition?

Fairer drawers. I have faced Hero in the first round for two seasons running. And I have lost both of them

4. What is your biggest regret of this season? (So far...)

Nothing. I feel I have had a really good season and am really well placed for season 3

Week 10 Media Questions;

1. Much has been made of who people think will win their respective leagues. Who do you want to win the Premier League and why?

I think Marky will do just enough to squeeze home, great to see both leagues going down to the wire though.

2. As above, who do you want to win the Championship and why?

Do you even need to ask? Obviously I want to win the Championship although playing Bilbao last game of the season is a huge ask. Come on you Green Monsters!

3.
There has been a lot of talk about Marky replacing Cherries as Cup
runner, what one thing would you change about the cup competition?

Better prize money and the group stage idea needs to come in. Mind you my only game this season was as interim manager of Borrusia Munchingballsack so I'm probably not the best to ask.

4. What is your biggest regret of this season? (So far...)

Not joining up before I did and inheriting a weak team, mind you that weak team is now in a do or die match for the league title so I can't have done too badly.... right?

Week 10 Media Questions;

1. Much has been made of who people think will win their respective leagues. Who do you want to win the Premier League and why?

Marky, because you've got to support the feeder club.

2. As above, who do you want to win the Championship and why?

Hero. He should already been in the Premiership

3. There has been a lot of talk about Marky replacing Cherries as Cup runner, what one thing would you change about the cup competition?

The runner :P I like the group stage idea going to knock out.

4. What is your biggest regret of this season? (So far...)

Lifes to short to regret

Viva cause Viva is me.

2. As above, who do you want to win the Championship and why?
I don't know cause I don't care.

3. There has been a lot of talk about Marky replacing Cherries as Cup runner, what one thing would you change about the cup competition?
Get rid of Cherries would be a start no seriously I wouldn't change much, I want te cup to stay a it is a one game knock out quick and short. Cherries just didn't know how to run it.

4. What is your biggest regret of this season? (So far...)
No regrets, no regrets
No point crying over yesterday
No regrets, no regrets
Cause we ain't even seen the best of days

Not fussed, I'm sure the winner will deserve it in the end.

2. As above, who do you want to win the Championship and why?

Me, I'm going to win 14-0 and my two previous defeats will be rescinded.

3. There has been a lot of talk about Marky replacing Cherries as Cup runner, what one thing would you change about the cup competition?

Nothing, I heart cherries

4. What is your biggest regret of this season? (So far...)

That I don't big up my players every two seconds to get the wins I deserve.

NB: I'm not bitter or anything Whistle

1. Much has been made of who people think will win their respective leagues. Who do you want to win the Premier League and why? I don't have a team I want to win it. I just hope that the final week is as competitive as the rest of the season, and the team that then wins will be the right one

2. As above, who do you want to win the Championship and why?
Exactly the same as my answer for the Premier League. It would be a shame for Bilbao to lose the league at this stage, but if Hangover do beat them this week, then it is hard to argue that they don't deserve the league title.

3. There has been a lot of talk about Marky replacing Cherries as Cup runner, what one thing would you change about the cup competition? The age restriction would be a very good introduction as it makes managers have to manage their squads that little bit better. I am not too worried about whether we have a group stage or not as I always see the cup as a distraction, where the league is the important one.

4. What is your biggest regret of this season? (So far...) I haven't been in charge long enough to have any regrets yet. I did miss the midnight TP limit change one week because I decided to have a bag of crips instead. But I don't regret because I really like Wotsits

New formed GCR have signed there first 2 players.

the first signing happens to be Nuri Sahin who was being wanted by other teams such as the Swamp donkeys. Gotham beat them to signing him in a Swap deal which sees Young star James Rodriguez and SEU legend Mouthino leave for London. Gotham all so received Striker Mario mandzukic who seems happy to join the team as well as 15m.

The Manager Bull has said that he was very much Chasing after Sahin and wanted him in the team he sees great potential in the young star and wanted to reunite him with some of his Dortmund team mates. The manager is all so happy about signing Mandzukic as he is known to be a wolfsburg fan and watched him closely before he signed for London.

1) The season is now over - how do you rate it on a personal level?

A bit disappointed I came third, as I went all out for the win on the last game. I do think Marky is a deserved champion however

2) Do you have plans of where to improve over the summer? Care to share?

I expect to dominate next season. I am looking for a CB and that is it. My attack is top class.

3) Who do you think will win the cup this week?

What cup?

4) Pendleton or Ennis? Pick one. There are no right or wrong answers here, among friends..

Pendleton.....bigger jubblies

1. I am obviously disappointed to go down, but on a personal level I am not too disappointed, because I feel as if I have improved enough, and competed with the top guys well.

2. I do have plans, I intend to improve the spine of my side.

3. Soddy, just have a feeling.

4. Ennis, I prefer her face.

A personal level? It was a good season, we did well and remained unbeaten over 90 minutes.

2) Do you have plans of where to improve over the summer? Care to share?

Perhaps on the wing but I'll need to have a proper look.

3) Who do you think will win the cup this week?

We will win the Grape Cup.

4) Pendleton or Ennis? Pick one. There are no right or wrong answers here, among friends.

1) The season is now over - how do you rate it on a personal level?

Couldn't have gone better so far, but for my team and I it isn't over, still the showcase event of the cup to contend with. All our hardwork over the past 2 seasons as still undefeated comes down to probably our toughest test and we must not fail.

2) Do you have plans of where to improve over the summer? Care to share?

I'm always looking to build on the squad, Higuain could do with a stronger backup and I won't be happy until I'm sat at the top of the table at the end of season 3 with the Premier League Trophy.

3) Who do you think will win the cup this week?

As I said it's without question the toughest game of our teams career, but we are up for the challenge. They brought in Moutinho and Rodriguez in the past couple of days to again strengthen and they look a formidable side and are also unbeaten this season so we both truly deserve to be in the final. I have a big respect for thier manager, he goes about things the right way so may the best team win.

4) Pendleton or Ennis? Pick one. There are no right or wrong answers here, among friends.

Pendleton if pushed but probably neither. Their dedication to their sport would do my nut in.

1) The season is now over - how do you rate it on a personal level?
I feel I made a strong contribution to Jacamos and was pleased to see their promotion. With Substandard, it was a difficult job to start with, so was always about building a squad for season 3. I feel that so far it's job done well.

2) Do you have plans of where to improve over the summer? Care to share?
More improving throughout. We have sacrificed a couple of the stars to improve the overall the team, which shows we are not afraid to make the big decisions. I have a proud personal unbeaten record in all competitions stretching back to the start of the FL, and next season it is going to be the biggest challenge to maintain that.

3) Who do you think will win the cup this week?
Tough pick. Both are very strong sides. LSN have improved their side this week and it could depend how those players settle in. I will sit on the fence and say it's going to be decided by who the teams have out injured.

4) Pendleton or Ennis? Pick one. There are no right or wrong answers here, among friends
Even tougher choice. I have a old man crush on both, but I am going to say Pendleton purely because she might let me have a go on her bike*

1) The season is now over - how do you rate it on a personal level?

I would have liked to have been closer in the title race, but we faltered and that was my fault. But in terms of my initial aim for the season, we survived and so I guess it's a success.

2) Do you have plans of where to improve over the summer? Care to share?

I am looking at a big shake up potentially. It depends who is available and who I get but it may be the final season so I would like to have a balls-out run at it.

3) Who do you think will win the cup this week?

Everyone is a winner in the Cherry Cup. I don't know who will win, it will be exceptionally difficult to beat what is probably the best side in the league. It doesn't mean we can't, but we respect their ability and their manager and we will just give it our all.

4) Pendleton or Ennis? Pick one. There are no right or wrong answers here, among friends.

I just had a conversation with a colleague who knows someone that has photographed Pendleton, and she was a bit mean apparently. I don't think I care, I'll go with her.

1. Exceptional. Premier League winners, my aim at the start of the season was simply to avoid relegation so this is brilliant.
2. Most likely in defence.
3. Tough one to call, i'm going with LSN on penalties.
4. Ennis, if she marries Dennis Pennis.

1) I thought it was great, almost picked up the title and took what was a very weak side when I took over to one that is very competitive is something I am proud of.

2) Of course, the Hangover project may have reached the end of phase 1 but that doesn't mean its finished. I'm looking at strengthening several positions as well as the squad depth in general. Several players will come and I think we can attract the best players possible such as Capoue.

3) The Grape Cup doesn't start until next week...

4) Both.

I went into the final game with a chance of winning the title, I was sad that I didn't win but I am so proud of my team. We didn't make much signings like others but we showed team spirit.

2) Do you have plans of where to improve over the summer? Care to share?

Yes I am always looking to improve but I will not be ripped off, I will buy players for value.

3) Who do you think will win the cup this week?
I think both teams have a great chance of winning the cup, I just hope Hero does not make the mistake of last season I don't know how he won that game.

Pendleton but she has to be wearing her Team Sky uniform and the helmet. (Not my helmet her own helmet the one you wear on your head)

HOLTON WANDERERS ANNOUNCEMENT

Holton Wanderers Manager Olly has come out with a big signing in Kaka today. He said, "We had to work our way around the system a little bit, but after some dodgy business, we got our man for £17 million. It is a great signing for us, and with our star player hopefully coming in, we will be a force to be reckoned with next season."

He continued on to say, "I am going to make a bold statement right now. Next season, Holton Wanderers, will win The Funky Bunch Cup (formerly known as the Cherry Cup)."

We await reaction from the rest of the league on the signing, and the announcement.

Hangover 69 Announcement

It is with great pleasure that today I can stand in front of all you Green Monsters and announce the signing of Mikel Arteta to Hangover 69. Put simply Arteta is one of the best creative midfielders going and we will be looking to allow him more freedom than he got at Arsenal or Real Ale before us.

We are continuing our pursuit of new players and believe that the signings of Arteta and Debuchy show the intent of this club as we look forward to our first ever season in the Premier League. I can also tell you that we can guarantee the signing of a new left back and goalkeeper within the next week.

Finally our pursuit of a third out and out striker is still ongoing, its just the case of selecting the correct back up to Strikeforce Cobra and Giraffe.

The Guardian

Lloris wants out

Holton Wanderers manager has today announced that Hugo Lloris is available from the club. Manager Oliver stated, "Hugo is finding it hard to settle in Norfolk, with the hatred of the French around here. Unlike Moussa Sissoko, Hugo is a bit of a pansy, so takes offence to all the white flags being waved at him. Therefore he has asked to leave the club, and we will grant him his wish, so long as we get either his TM value, or a U21 keeper of sufficient quality in return."

AC ALSOAM statement;

This morning, AC ALSOAM midfielder Marek Hamsik handed in a transfer request, citing the recent signing of Wesley Sneijder, who is playing ahead of Marek, as the reason for making his position untenable. AC ALSOAM would like to remind everyone that Marek is under contract and any transfer will be to the benefit of AC ALSOAM and not of Marek Hamsik. Manager Marky has made it perfectly clear that he will not sanction a move to a rival Premier League side, stating that Marek will either be staying where he is or moving down a division.

1. I want to win The Championship. Pure and simple. Also a cheeky cup run would be nice.
2. I believe Afro is my main rival. Elmo is an outside contender, as is Nando.
3. Kaka. For £17 million I believe I got a steal there.
4. I would want maybe a better CB. I wouldn't mind Gary Cahill from Hangover, or Vidic from Baggins.
5. The Premier League, I have to go with the defending Champion Marky. I think he has got much better during the close season, and has the best squad in both leagues. The Championship apart from me, would have to Afro. He is sort of the king of these games. The Cup, I can see Hero targeting it maybe.
6. I'm a Belieber.

1. What Are your expectations for the season ahead?
Mainly to defend our Premier League title. A cup run would be nice but not necessary.

2. Who are your main rivals in the league?
All 7 teams. Many will have their favourites but all 8 teams could stake their claim to the title so it everyone really. Although Twist seems to be my main rival in general Wink

3. Which player in your squad will be the surprise package this season?
Lorenzo Insigne, if he gets games at Napoli he'll be a real, proven success.

4. If you bring in a player from another team who would it be?
Probably Fernando Torres, but its not going to happen as his asking price is too much.

5. Who are your tips for the leagues and cups this season apart from yourself?
Premier League, I'd pick London Silly Nannies, as they have really strengthened their side in the close season. Championship, anyone from Holton, Liege, Eagles and Barearse. Cups, literally anyone could win it.

6. Bieber or One Direction?

1. What Are your expectations for the season ahead?
I want to win the league. I feel I have the squad to do so now and I have a few formations planned which should surprise and give me the upper hand tactically.

2. Who are your main rivals in the league?
Marky, Sodhat, Twist were all strong last season, so those three really.

3. Which player in your squad will be the surprise package this season?
Nobody, I bring in players who are proven. They are all quality players now. Not next year or in the future when it doesn't matter. Every single player in my squad is a quality player.

4. If you bring in a player from another team who would it be?
I'm very happy with my current side and see no reason to change anything. I'd possibly want a centre back if anything but I'm nitpicking there.

5. Who are your tips for the leagues and cups this season apart from yourself?
Premier League: It will be one of the three I mentioned as my main rivals. In the Championship, Olly has strengthened well and Afro is always a strong contender.

6. Bieber or One Direction?

1. What Are your expectations for the season ahead?
We're in it to prove that we deserve to be there. Hopefully we'll grab an upset early on and prove that we can survive. 4th is the aim so we stay up with a cup run as well if possible

2. Who are your main rivals in the league?
Everyone, I don't think there is a weak side in the league

3. Which player in your squad will be the surprise package this season?
We have many but one of Sterling or Anita will be the breakout star given their game time at Liverpool and Newcastle respectively

4. If you bring in a player from another team who would it be?
Torres, Tevez or Super Mario. Arguably we need a x2 striker.

5. Who are your tips for the leagues and cups this season apart from
yourself?
Hero for the cup, everyone else for the league!

6. Bieber or One Direction?
But of One D, they have catchy songs!

1. What Are your expectations for the season ahead?
To finish top 4 would be nice, but as there isn't relegation, just getting as many points on the board as possible.

2. Who are your main rivals in the league?
Everyone is really strong in this league. Although the question implies I am likely to be at the top and thus would have rivals, but that may not be the case at all...

3. Which player in your squad will be the surprise package this season?
I don't think many of my players are exactly surprises, they're visible names. Of all of them I think Borini will get better and better and will have a good year at Liverpool.

4. If you bring in a player from another team who would it be?
I'm still interested in Hamsik, but I don't know what deals would be possible. I like Abate too but I'll wait till Olly gets bored and changes his tactical plans and get him on the cheap.

5. Who are your tips for the leagues and cups this season apart from yourself?
Any number of sides in the league. The cups are different this year and the best teams will get furthest, so I reckon one of the Prem sides will win it.

6. Bieber or One Direction?
Both, in seperate blenders.

1. What Are your expectations for the season ahead?
It's going to be a very tough season, I hope to be challenging for the title.

2. Who are your main rivals in the league?
This is the super league every single team is a rival to me, we won't take anyone lightly.

3. Which player in your squad will be the surprise package this season?
I can see Montolivo having a massive impact next season.

4. If you bring in a player from another team who would it be?
I'd like to bring in a quality striker, Benzema, Higuain, Tevez are the ones I'm looking at.
5. Who are your tips for the leagues and cups this season apart from yourself?
The cup I'm not so sure on it's unpredictable, the league I think a lot of teams can challenge for it.

1. What Are your expectations for the season ahead?

Not too high, we just want to go out and have a good run. "Que sera sera, whatever will be will be, the future's not ours to see, que sera sera."

2. Who are your main rivals in the league?

Everyone's a rival. You don't get into Premier League without being a good team so everyone's a rival.

3. Which player in your squad will be the surprise package this season?

Michu probably. He had a good preseason with us, settled in well and is ready to use his massive size to get forward and score goals. And he can pass it too, he's not just brute strength.

4. If you bring in a player from another team who would it be?

I don't know, there are so many good players to choose from. I'm happy with my team though.

5. Who are your tips for the leagues and cups this season apart from yourself?

Hero is always a threat and will be hurting after his team was thumped in the cup final, but the leagues are too hard to call. Don't rule out Viva, I'd say.

1. What are your expectations for the season ahead?

I'd like to challenge for the title, I think with the starting eleven I have then it should be in the mix but with the people involved in the Premier League I could easily be top one week and bottom the next.

2. Who are your main rivals in the league?
Rivals I see as teasm not as much the main threats but ones I want to beat so it would be Viva, we've met in the cup but never in any of the leagues and I'd like to get one over him. Same goes for Afro, was really hoping he would have been promoted last season.

3. Which player in your squad will be the surprise package this season?
Most of my first team are global names now but in the squad I reckon my two new Juve players of Isla and Giovinco will add an extra depth to an already impressive Juve side in RL so could be pushing for a starting place after a few weeks. Coates I also think will impress at Liverpool as I can see him being the type of player that Rodgers likes.

4. If you bring in a player from another team who would it be?
Eden Hazard. I was right all along.

5. Who are your tips for the leagues and cups this season apart from yourself?
Sodhat to win the league, he doesn't ruffle any feathers like other managers do so will win the popular vote. Think the Championship will be a fight between Olly and Afro though Afro's experience may just win out.

6. Bieber or One Direction?

Santi Carzola. He would complete my arsenal attacking line up.

5. Who are your tips for the leagues and cups this season apart from yourself?

1. I expect the team to put in 100% and give their all every game. If they do that, they will be there or thereabouts.

2. I expect strong competition across the league. It is very closely matched, although I particularly expect a strong showing from Barearselona, Eagles and from Holton.

3. I think Gibbs could well force himself into the first team with a run of games IRL.

4. I would quite like to get my hands on Cazorla at the moment. I actually think IRL he has started better than Hazard, but isn't getting the plaudits because his teammates aren't finishing off his work.

5. I cannot see past ABB for the league. Their squad is very strong in all aspects and couple that with the tactics of their manager, I cannot see anyone getting close. The cup could be anyones, it really depends who turns up on the day.

6. One Direction purely because they are British rubbish and not foreign rubbish. You've got to be patriotic, even with crap.

1. What Are your expectations for the season ahead?
Finish in a position that gives the most prize money.

2. Who are your main rivals in the league?
Me and bull will fight it out to the death to see which team finishes last!

3. Which player in your squad will be the surprise package this season?
Mr Sami Khedira

4. If you bring in a player from another team who would it be?
Xabi Alonso

5. Who are your tips for the leagues and cups this season apart from yourself?
Afro to win the champ. Hero to win the prem. Anyone can win the cup. Real Madrid to win La Liga, the Champions League and the Copa Del Rey.

6. Bieber or One Direction?
I cannot answer this as I am not gay and therefore not qualified to give my opinion on this matter. Please see Mr Bulls answer for a more informative answer or ask viva what his prison buddies like.

1) I was very happy with the win and performance. The feedback was good, although I think my midfield 3 of Bender, Witsel and Defour was maybe harshly dealt, as I feel they all compliment each other well, and are very good players.

2) I think getting Bale back has helped me a lot. Also Hulk as well, they have given me real strength on the wings. But I like my signing of Abate, very good RB, which are hard to come by in the league.

3) I don't think any of my players had a good week Laugh

4) Lets face it he is no Wes Hoolahan when it comes to a chipped penalty

4) Do you think van Persie should have been shouted at anyway for taking his penalty like a buffoon?

1) Not bad, the injuries forced my hand in fairness to play for control of the middle of the pitch whilst I would have liked to have been a touch more creative (how fickle a bunch we are that if Moura had signed for Utd then I wouldn't have had an issue, now the player suddenly can't create because he's signed a pre agreement with PSG?), though Afro's seal of approval on Cazorla should now help there.

2) Hard to tell, Toure probably though. Hummels, Cole, Higuain, Cazorla and Xavi though all certainly could challenge that. My personal fave though was De Gea as it was the biggest risk at the time.

3) Giovinco, 2 goals and 1 assist. Cazorla played well though too and Higuain came on as sub to score for Real.

4) I actually really thought this post match interview showed him in an excellent light that although he scored a hat trick and saved Utd that he was more concerned with his sloppy penalty and it beating him up over it.
