The v2 Journal
Some of you may recall, that in February, we launched a sister site called the v2 journal. The v2 journal has now been running for just over a month and has already got a good following.
So thank you all for that!
So what better time to remind you all about the journal and to let you know about some articles that you may have missed first time around. We have already accumulated a good team of writers, but if any of you think you could do better and would like to flex your creative muscles, then please let me know via PM.
So here are some of the best articles over the last month:

As fernando said anyone is welcome to write, the only reason there is no golf section is that we've not had any articles for it!

I'm a relative novice but I'll happily pen something, what type of articles are you looking for, for the journal

Re: The v2 Journal
It can be anything - a review of an event, product, historic piece or just an opinion on sport.
Feel free to PM me (or Ozzy or kiwireddevil) with your ideas/ written piece.

I remember when the site started you seemed keen on the idea that course reviews/photo tours would help the site. What happened to that?

Guys
To save me from beginning a new global, you might want to take a look at this. 606v2 partners All Out Cricket are offering the chance to win a Gray-Nicolls bat for anyone that completes their annual survey that covers English cricket, the state of their magazine and your general thoughts about the sport.
All entries appreciated, and you never know, you may be a winner.

Thanks

Re: The v2 Journal
Thanks, luckless, my favourite kind of survey. Multiple choice and lasts 2 minutes...a nice change from the usual "2 minute surveys" that you are still trolling through 15 minutes later.
Re: The v2 Journal
Fists,
Not sure what the criteria is here, but some of the essays that you and your mates put up on the Cricket HOF threads are superb.
Off to the inaugural game of the Montreal Impact MLS franchise on Saturday, sure we'll put together an appreciation of that on the Football board; transfer it to the journal by all means.

I don't understand how you'd expect to pay for it, when the site doesn't make money. Advertising is only subsistent.

I can't tell you exactly, but I can tell you it's something to do with something that rhymes with the bafia.
