First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat. The pub has teleported to Mexico City for the first qualifying match for RWC 2015. There's also TVs showing Aviva Premiership, Rabobank Pro 12 and Super XV action.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the pictures of the Grand Slam Winners or Dan Carter who returns to rugby this weekend.

No probs. I've been getting tuition from an international class referee whose father in turn was an international class referee.

Honestly the helpful advice that Byrce Lawrence gives is excellent. I will strive to be more like him.

Evening amigos Smile

I've applied for pairs of (free) tickets for Wasps v Biarritz and Sarries v Clermont through work. Wasps on Sat - Sarries on Sun. I don't know if I'll get any, but I'll let you know in case anyone wants to go to either game.

I'm already sorted for the Wasps game, but I fancy going to the Sarries v Clermont game as well.

Wins for O's, Dragons and Glasgow clap Warriors missed a bonus point versus Aironi that was there for the taking - hope it doesn't come back to haunt them. Shock of the night tho has to be the Os win over Leinster with a returning BOD, Brad Thorne's first fixture too

Evening All. Well done O's although not really a great result for Ulster.
I never really got the "They wanted it more" thing until tonight. Ospreys definitely wanted that more than Leinster. Munster and Ulster supporters will rightly be a bit Pi$$ed off.

Ireland's woes over Tighthead have increased though thankfully Hagan wasn't seriously injured.

Are we getting close to the day though, where there will be a serious injury in the front row in a top level game?

How very 2012. Using a sports forum to locate your other half. This is the future people. I'm without dinner yet and have made the mistake of drinking pretty heavily beforehand. I have a feeling my 'sober up' gravy chip in an hours time may be futile.

Morning All, coffee

Another beautiful day in the Dam. Went for another 6km bike ride this morning had me brekkie and shower now. I tell you what, Gibbo's got a tidy life here....

Enjoyed the rugby last night. Don't think Gibbo did mind Wink Chuffed to bits for the O's they really needed a win against a side like Leinster. It'll boost their confidence. Good for Welsh rugby as well I reckon. Could hear some Welsh fans singing at the RDS...unless it was some Dubs taking the pish Very Happy

ANyway, hope everyone's having a good weekend. Not sure what I'm getting up to today, but I'll find some mischief I'm sure Smile

Ha, nice one Hound!

I would say I'd see you there, but God knows where I'll be by then!

Going to head out in about a half hour, go for a lovely long walk in the park, muster up the energy to do a bit of siopa, then a couple of hours later, will be Scarlets time!

Today is wonderful. Blue skies like this are my favourite, it can't help but make you smile.

Glas, come to Caerdydd! My friend has got a delayed flight back from France and can't make it, so I've a spare ticket now too.

Hound...hmm I did, didn't I? I know it was the 2nd weekend after my flat mate moved in and I know he went. Can't for the life of me remember why I didn't! Headscratch

shorts, t-shirt and flip flops today, blissful. Taking a break out of the sun now before braving it again later to see my Scarlets. Could already feel myself starting to burn. Still, my freckles are looking LUSH.

I'm on the shady side of the ground at the Stoop, probably a good thing. Bit of a scrappy first half, Bath lead 6-3, Evans has missed a couple of sitters.
