Re: Saracens
Welcome to the game Beshocked Im Johnny the Saints manager.
A few pointers for you:
Team sheets and tactics are due by 20.00 Saturday
Maximum length for tactics is a 10 line paragraph and 10 x 2 line bullet points. Have a look over previous match threads to see what is normal.
You will need to put your teamsheet and tactics into the Sarracens format used on match threads. I'll post it for you in my next comment. Just hit quote and you can see the coding behind it and put your team in as you see fit.
You will need to predict a score and give reasonings for your scores on all games not involving yourself every week. Predictions have to be in by 20.00 Tuesday. Predictions on all games should be on average 2 lines to get a cash bonus of 3m. Under this or just scores only will get you 1.5m
In your match day squad you need 4 English Qualified players starting and a total of 8 in your squad as a minimum. (Shouldnt affect you to much with half the England backline!)
Have a look over the rules and just ask if you need a hand with anything just shout

Re: Saracens
Now let the dealings begin!
I'm interested in Jamie George, Brock James, Brad Barritt, Alex Goode and Ben Spencer. Reckon we could get anything going for any of them.
Can do James Downey + ?? = Barritt + Goode ??
Sarries got hit bad on here with the backline missing in action during the 6 nations so Downey would be a godd option for you available all year round
Have a look at my Saints squad and see if there is anything we can do

Re: Saracens
Thanks guys.
Sir Johnny certainly would be happy to make a deal in regards to Brock James.
Not sure I would want to lose Barritt and Goode.
I am contemplating selling Parra and SOB if anyone is interested.

Oh, on the SOB subject, Pooly (league organiser) has said that you can cancel the deal and keep the 23m if you prefer.

Re: Saracens
Owen Franks not for sale mate. I can just get other back rowers from the foreign signing without losing one of my stars, but if you were looking for a quick sale and some cash, I can go for SOB from you

Re: Saracens
Oh and if you're replying to a message on your page, you need to comment back on their team page.
Example
So if I bid 3m for Wyles, you would reply on the bath page.

Beshocked....
You can either keep SOB or have 23m to spend in foreigns (1 world class player)
Your backrow is pretty special anyway with Brown/Burger/Joubert in it so your call. Conrad Smith would look good alongside Barritt.....

Re: Saracens
Good call Sgt Pooly. I would love to do that if possible.
Bring in Conrad Smith instead of SOB. How would I go about doing it?
Stnick88 sorry but Burger is not for sale.
Trying to retain most players.
The players I am happy to make deals on are Matt Stevens, Hayden Smith, Morgan Parra,Brock James,Joe Maddock, even James Short.

Re: Saracens
Just remove SOB from your squad and place a bid on the foreign transfer page mate.
Have a scan through the rules and post on main board any issues.

Re: Saracens
To bid on foreign players, go to the 'foreign players' page and state how much, use the guide at the top of the page, I would guess 24/25m for Conrad.
Pooly will then reply to your bid by accepting or rejecting it
I'd then also use the transfer confirmation page to 'cancel' your SOB bid and then remove him from your squad page,
