Re: Saracens
Injuries are randomly generated mate, not based on real life, it is just pot luck. Realistically, players get injured in training all the time though!
How much for Parra?

It's actually a nice offer but I'm not at the stage with my team where I can lose starters for not a starter back

Re: Saracens
probably a fair deal but doesnt benefit me as I have two tens already so losing my first choice 12 isnt ideal.

Re: Saracens
I did loads at the start, you can see by how different my side is.
only payne, wentzel, varndell really start for me from the original wasps side.

Re: Saracens
Well you don't know until you ask! Louw and Franks are probably the only untouchables.
Although gaining Parra would be great, it leaves a gap at 12, so don't really see the point in a deal where players aren't in like for like positions.

Couldn't lose my starting LH and line out lock with getting returns mate. No interested in James, I have Shingler, Pienaar, Hodgson and even May to cover FH

Re: Saracens
Steyn isn't leaving for Parra mate, just moves around a weakness and means that when Classens is fit, I have 1 quality SH on the bench and a big loss at 12, so overall my team is weakened

Re: Saracens
Basically mate, not interested in improving depth and cover in positions to lose starters.
Parra + Farrell / Barritt + Brock
4
Classens + Steyn + ?
Something like that could work potentially.

Re: Saracens
Fair enough, good thinking. SH just not somewhere i'm looking at right now.
Might be worth thinking about offering Wigglesworth in a deal, with Spencer coming through, you have a classy EQ option anyway and De Kock as an able back up.
Apart from Steyn, any others interest you?

Re: Saracens
Correct, he's gong nowhere! Wouldn't think TH is an issue for you though, Nieto is class and well rated on here. Conrad will add some serious spark to your backline, which definately lacks imagination. Maybe a flanker or winger after that.

You seem to be on mate, what can I do for Farrell, Spencer, Ransom, Strettle, Goode and Short
Also you might want to make Pooly aware of H Smith, could get some compensation

Re: Saracens
Haha no problems mate
Farrell and Parra would interest me Beshocked. Would be looking at a deal for next season, as it wouldn't do us either any good with only one game left for the season.
Pienaar could leave for Parra, but they're both pretty much even in ability IMO, so wouldn't see much point in that one.
Would be interested in pretty much any improvement on my backs/any players, all except Bruss, Corbs, and maybe not Hudson.

Ok mate, if it's only Franks, then we are going to struggle. I've got loads of Saffas, thought that would be exactly type of player you'd be after! hahah

Re: Saracens
You'll get there mate, just takes some tinkering.
You have 2 foreign signings left so potential for big changes in your squad. I'd look to not use those now and save cash for the 2 extra you get in the summer (can only be used in summer). Keep your extra tokens for next season

Re: Saracens
Heathcote is dual nationality, Scottish or English. Probably could pay for Scotland in the last 6N's just didn't get selected. On a par of with Farrell, just different attributes make each player different.
Would agree with the other two though. What would you want in return then?

He'll be back in 2 weeks mate , Injuries and random i just got unlucky that Marler got hit! Think Adam Ashley Cooper has played 3 times this year as he always seems to get picked on.

Re: Saracens
Obviously you'd want it to feel even!
If that's your opinion mate so be it. People rate Heath quite highly on here at the moment. Has been in some mega form for Barrthhh, seen him play once or twice before the Easter break. He was easily their best player.
What would you want for Farrell and Ransom, before someone beats me to him!

Whats up mate? Heard you might have left. Don't be annoyed by results this year, next season, starting fresh, you'll be a top 4 side easily, probably challenging for the title
