I found last match's night one of the best I have seen. I love a bit of proper defending and as much as it pains me to say it they gave a masterclass last night.

When Torres picked up that ball, I literally jumped out of my seat and shouted ohhhhhhhhhhhh ala Gary Neville Wink

Oh yeah, in terms of two teams willing to take each other on! Something about the Chelsea game though - so ridiculously absorbing.

Regardless, I don't want us to do well. We're a bunch of scumbag alcoholics. Messrs Ferguson and McGregor are testament to that.

I would just like to say, congratulations to Neuer, Boateng, Badstuber and Alaba for holding Real Madrid scoreless from the 15th minute to the 120th minute, all while dragging Lahm along as a passenger.

Unfortunately Bayern Munich will lose the final because they'll be missing two of those four players...

John Terry, Raul Meireles, Branislav Ivanovic, Ramires, David Alaba, Luiz Gustavo and Holger Badstuber, all missing from the Champions League final.

Might as well just play 5 a side.

I just turned down the opportunity to work from home for two weeks while the Olympics are on.

Is that crazy? I think I'd rather be in town, amongst it all. Plus I scored some easy points, looking committed and all...

No I don't think so when will the Olympics next be held in London 100 years probably? I'd like to be around the atmosphere of such an event and like you said this makes you look good infront of your boss.

Yeah, it's possibly the only time in my life I'd be able to be involved (in a teeny tiny way) with a major event. I have tickets to the basketball too - I need to check who I'll see though, I hope it's the USA or they're worthless Laugh

We have a fair bit on where I work too, so maybe I'll be able to get free stuff and get tanked up instead of working.
