Re: Season 3 Homepage
OK. The Catchy Sexy Witty and Delightful PPV is now up because I'm going to be away from tomorrow, so had to get it done.
Apologies but I'm not going to be able to vote on the PPV's because I'll be away for a week. And I'm sure Marky will be busy with fatherhood - so there might not be any votes from us

I've set the bar low Sodhat
I can't write matches. I'm fine with segments - but I can't do matches at all.

I don't enjoy the match part either Demon, I always feel like I should be getting technical and knowing extensive wrestling holds otherwise they read as rubbish. I might try and have Jericho/Anderson wrestle to a 3 hour time limit draw with mostly headlocks being applied.
I thought the CSWDW show this week was the best yet by the way, the segments were fantastic.

Tooze's league results
MWF 2-2 VWE - 2 Draw = Result is a tie
MWF: very solid show but only 1 clear victor, I can understand the reasons why you went that way though little lacking on backstage segments but i can see the ring telling the story.
MWF- Solid show and I am enjoying the feuds. However, the show felt like it didnt develop anything for the PPV. For example the last two matches ended in either no contest or double count out which means no one is getting any momentum. I personally thought that the main event didnt work as I cant believe a whole team could appear in the ring through the blackout in the arena!
MWF - Tooze your show is really taking shape nicely now. I enjoy your match writing, and think it is some of the best going in WWA. Although I am a little worried about the lack of matches on your PPV card, I can't help but look forward to the Extreme War Games match. My god that is gonna be one hell of match. Another good solid show from Tooze, and your PPV is sure gonna be great!
VWE goes from strength to strength for me. My favourite main event feud of all in Toozes league. I also really like how Crimey has left the inclusion of Brock as a cliffhanger before the PPV. The feuds in place are all logical and quite exciting (although Lashley vs Umaga is a rehash of the WWE feud - still well booked though!)/. Great show.VWE - Good solid show from Crimey this week. I particularly like the use of segments, and think they were very well written indeed. The intrigue around Lesnar, well intrigues me!! I can't wait to see what he does at the PPV, and the rest of your card looks top notch as well.VWE: Interesting use of matches and a nice twist with Brodus but i feel like something is missing...not sure what though.

Re: Season 3 Homepage
nXtreme 6-0 NCWF - nXtreme wins
Again logical booking from nXtreme this week. Made both women's matches relevent and made for an excellent read.
Again loving the Christopher Daniels storyline, the writing of the promo's and the matches are for me what's saving
the show. Now, I still feel that the main event is lacking, I just don't think JBL gels so much with all these
high flying wrestlers. Minor notes, I'd find it hard to get into and doubt that a women's match could last 25 mins.
I'm also finding it hard to buy Alica & Eve as authoirty figures bossing around the likes of JBL. Apart from that
enjoyed the women's matches and the X-Division style matches fitted well this week.
Nxtreme - Absolutely brilliant show from Gregers this week. I really enjoyed all the storylines, and the matches were expertly written this week. Match 2 deciding where they will enter the Chamber was my favourite, and was a great idea for a match. Implosion is a great card, and I am sure Gregers will do it justice.
nXtreme - excellent show and every match and segment really built towards iMplosion. The queens division is excellent - in fact the best booked of all the womens divisions in Toozes league. The highlight is the JBL/ Rey/ Sin/ Eddie feud - loving how its playing out.
NXT: VERY good show, Queens got my interest, Sin Cara got my interest, nice main event
NCWF - shame that Nay had to put up a quick show as I had been enjoying his feuds. But compared to the nXtreme write up, it would be impossible to award this to Nay. In fairness though, nXtreme was fantastic this week!NCWF - Obviously just a rushed show this week, which is a shame because I felt the show was really beginning to gather momentum. The PPV card looks good however, and I look forward to reading it.
NCWF: I know its short this week but maybe a little more of why each match ended the way they did.Really feel for Nay & NCWF this week. Looking at this in terms of storylines. This week could have been a fantastic
show, and glad to see Swagger being given a push in what would be a match to really show off is wrestling background.
The New Bloods storyline has been built up superbly, the lack of detail though really killed it as it would have
really added going into the PPV. I'm sure Nay will bounce back picking up major points in the PPV if he gets to time
to write his show.

Re: Season 3 Homepage
TAWA 3-3 SCW - Draw
TAWA - Sodhat's shows are brilliant week in week out and no different here. Although I don't like matches ending in no contests, I enjoyed the tag team match, and the Anderson v Jericho feud is being done brilliantly. The PPV should be really good as well. Great solid work from Sodhat again this week . Nice to see Hunico on the move up
TAWA - I like how the show seemed like chaos! What I mean, is that this is the only fed that really has a bit of the lunatics running the asylum feel an I like it as its different! The tag feud is the highlight for me although the main event feud is also very exciting.
TAWA: Entertaining show, liked Owens explanation of last week. looking forward to the ppv.Fantastic show from start to finish in TAWA this week. The show opened to a cracker of a promo from Owen Hart, was
good, logical booking. The Champ, Anderson was came out strong which again adds to the PPV when Jerico & Anderson face
off. I'm also looking forward to seeing Hart & Beniot sqaure off which all ready has bad bloood drawing.
Enjoyed the whole show really, every match had its own purpose developing all storylines. This is quickly becoming
my fav show to read. Can't really think of anything negative to say about this show.
SCW - Best show of the season so far from Sainty. The Steamboat feud is really building very nicely, and I think that the segments in the show are the best going this week, especially the contract signing at the end which I throughly enjoyed. Also think the Global Title has been built nicely and Salvation looks like it is going to be a cracker of a PPV.
SCW - Although I have used the criticism of obvious feuds that we have seen in the WWE before last week, I still think that the matches are booked very well. In fact, the card has some very exciting matches on it. All of the feuds are the obvious ones from the roster Sainty has at his disposal but he has booked them well this week. The most enjoyable show from Sainty so far.SCW: Interesting show, tying up loose ends but how long will this ironman match be? 60 mins?, a minor thing I know. not sure if i liked the cluster**** style ending.
gain another strong showing from SCW this week. The undercard seems solid and I'm really enjoying the direction the
steamboat storyline is taking. I was kind of hoping to see HBK/Rocky have more of a confrontation, if the Rock's
been heel for weeks ducking out of matches i wanted to see something shocking. The show was well written and made
sence in booking terms, This show would have beaten almost every show but TAWA is on fire at the moment.

Re: Season 3 Homepage
OVW vs BFP
Winner- BFP
Bum: Once again fantastic, love it every week! The PPV could well be the best WWA show of all time.
OVW: Short and sweet, would have beaten other shows this week but not the mighty bumfights
OVW couldn't produce a full show this week, so Bum Fights win, but not by default. Their show was excellent and I can sense some interesting twists coming in the MWB angle.
Reason: Hard to judge them because Nando had to do a short show.
Very unfortunate that Nando was unable to get a full show up this week as his show is one of the ones I enjoy the most. Nando was against one of the other shows I enjoy in bumfights and if Nandos was a full show I am sure it would have been hard to separate. I am looking forward to see how both shows storylines unfold at the PPV and beyond
CSWDW vs Hokori Pro
Result- Draw
Hokori: Enigma pulls another great show out of his amazing locker, The Pro Ultimate X match has all types of win written over it and all of the matches at the PPV are there for a reason.
CSWDW: I actually loved the show this week and the bit for Brodie was fantastic. The PPV will either be the best thing ever or the worst thing ever. If Boogeyman wins the world title I will mark out though!
I just can't do it anymore, I can't keep voting against CSWDW, this weeks show was just too brilliant. Some of the segments are exceptional and so I have to award it the win. Hokori was a very enjoyable show from a wrestling perspective and I'm a full paid member of the Steen/Angle fan club but it came up against something supreme this week.
I think that Hokori Pro is the most consistently written show in the game, but one bit of feedback is that it's perhaps too long. Almost like a 3 hour Raw, too much of a good thing ruins it. I think CSWDW deserve credit for sticking to a difficult concept, but I just can't see myself watching it.
Hokori put on another great show and are doing very very well. This has been enigmas best run in the seasons he has taken part in CSWDW have to be complemented on sticking to the concept they have created and they are doing so very well. I am thoroughly enjoying it I shouldn't but Iam
NCWF vs Loophole
Winner- NCWF
NCWF: NCWF continues to improve and was the 2nd best show this week IMO. Great stuff from Olly/Mrs T especially the McMahons (loved the ending to the show) and it had that big go home show feel to it. Top stuff
LCW: Two more draw/no contests again this week and as I've complained for the past two weeks it seams pointless this week. Haas vs Kane was good but apart from that I didn't really enjoy the show and some of the matches at the PPV appear thrown together rather than part of feuds.
A tight match and I almost went with LCW because they really do have a compelling main event scene with Kane and Hogan but underneath that it's a little bare. NCWF win because of the continuation of their story and because I like the best of three matches going on, although I think they too need a little more beneath the main event.
Another good show from NCWF, I think LCW gets tied up in its own stories and gets a bit muddled. But after the PPV, if they can get everything sorted, the show could be a good 'un.
NCWF gets better and better. all the storylines are intriguing and make me want to see where they go. LCW also put on a good show this week. this was proberly there best. However I feel (I know this will annoy you uryu) that they you could use with a couple of midcard wrestlers coming in post PPV to help bulk out a little

Thanks for the votes everyone.
Cant believe that I have remained unbeaten so far! Its so obvious that I will completely blow it now!
In the PPV I am planning on having 3 bumper matches instead of 5 - am I allowed to make them longer to accommodate this?

I wonder if we should make feedback open rather than anonymous. Would definitely be more interesting...

How pedantic do you want to be?

Ignoring Uryu's silly 15 minute example, there have been plenty of 30 minute Ironman matches in the past. Mostly outside of the WWE though.
Still a pedantic comment as the majority of/most famous Ironman matches are 60 minutes long.

What a pain that turned out to be... the PPV is finally up.
Now, in the next week or so, I'll be looking at freshening up my roster so will be looking to buy and trade in the next coming days

NCWF PPV up. I've done it as Nay's quit, so sorry if there are any changes from his plans/storylines, but I was given this to do at 7pm today.

Hi lads,
Have had a busy weekend and last week due to work and cricket. Will post my PPV tomorrow, because quite frankly I'm knackered.
Will be up about middayish!
Hope that's alright?

What's the deal with PPV's and voting this week - do we just give feedback?

Order them 1-6, so 1 being the best and 6 being the worst. With feedback.

Adam D wrote:why has Nay quit?
Because I didn't have the time to keep a show going myself, and with the missus going back to work this week I was just getting less and less time to sit down and write a show and ppv that was worth people's time to read
Sorry to everyone, but I had to pick between being a pretend wrestler or being a pretend wrestling promoter, and I enjoy being a pretend wrestler more.
PS. cheers jack
