England opt to take only 4 of the 5 starting fly-halves used in 6N, with George Ford being the notable omission.

Within the squad, Luke Cowan-Dickie has the bragging rights upfront as he and the Exeter scrum destroyed Quins, including his oppo, Kyle Sinckler, for a penalty try in the dying moments of the A team final last night.

Maybe (though I doubt it) SL has told him he's touring with the big boys, despite 13 being an area if strength in depth

The only capped specialist 13 under 30 is Manu. Lowe, Trinder and Joseph don't have a cap between them though I think Trinder played against the Baabaas. An area of much potential but very little international experience. Daley could get in there, the ball travels far in parts of SA and he has a 60m range in England.

This would be great news if true ( Daly touring) & more evidence of SL bringing in young talent.
Let's wait and see........

He played in the last game of the season for Wasps though I have heard he is being rested over the summer in order to gain a full pre season as he's played a lot of games.

It is a darn shame england's junior team won't be facing Johan Goosen.

He has been brilliant in the super XV this year. Cry

I had rather hoped we would get to see Ford vs Goosen as a battle of great 10 prospects (Ford vs Anscombe was a great watch in the JWC final last year). Oh well, it'll happen sooner or later just be on a bigger stage.

I see Kvesic is injured & out & replaced by Wasps Billy Vunipola.

Big loss but great for young Billy.

That's Ford, Watson, Daly and Kvesic all missing - probably the 4 most gifted age-group players we have. How frustrating.
