He'll need an armed escort at CAP.

I think Steffan was trying to be funny again, but epically failed. When will the boy ever learn.

Interesting Phil Davies talked about strengthening Ponty - Blues relationship while he was in charge.
Good to see PT at least trying to get more involved with Ponty.

After the total failure of his CAP development plan maybe he should concentrate his efforts into sorting out Cardiff first eh? He is the chairman remember.
Almost forgot. The politics. They haven't gone away. They are still kicking and screaming and very much alive.
Cardiff Blues maybe back at CAP, but i'm sensing more of the same old.
I look forward to the day when the chairman can walk into the clubhouse and be applauded by those in there.

Re: Peter Thomas at Sardis Road
Its ok iv found that link:
"There’s a lot of history that goes with the Blues region from the great Pontypridd teams from the 80′s and 90′s when Lynn Howells and Dennis John were coaching and Neil Jenkins was kick goals and Dale McIntosh charging everywhere"
Doubt the Cardiff faithfull will be too happy with their new Director of Rugby bigging up their rivals

Couldn't find the article when I looked - It was on Walesonline I think - it was an interview with Davies after taking up his role

Surely the Valleys rugby should have agreement off the union and the competitions they wish to compete in before they commission a kit and sponsor?

Well that would be logical, wouldn't it? I guess it's just built on hopes and dreams.

It's fair to say, he's a lot more interested than some:

To the comment aimed at me; the propsed Region is not happening, not any time soon. I'm only speaking the truth as the valleys rugby board continues to lead on their followers. Why don't they come out say the idea is fairly good but about ten years away from happening?
p.s. I still don't get the logic in you guys securing an official kit sponsor for a team that doesn't exist.

Political posturing perhaps?
