Which is a solid kick in the nuts because I leave work at ten past five usually. I might nip off to Fleet Street and find a pub instead or maybe work will arrange a telly or something...or even better let me leave earlier. Either way I'll be watching somehow.

That is ok for me. Have an exam at 1:30 so I will be home in time, and an exam the next day so I will have time to revise afterwards!

You won't have time to revise afterwards - its Ukraine vs Sweden at 7:45pm. Get those priorities straightened Olly.

I hear Norwich are changing their kit to a regal blue to match their more refined neighbours.

Where is Wattisham by the way, is that Ipswich or Norwich? I'm driving there later on a favour.

Hero, would you take Mauro Caballero for Christian Fuchs? Caballero is moving to Benfica so his value will go up, Fuchs would be adequate LB cover.

And Cardiff have nothing to complain about. Blue kit, or Red kit and £100m worth of investment and Premier League football all but guaranteed. Hmm, toughie.

Marky, however much Caballero may be a star of the future I've been there and done that sort of thing with Andy Polo.

Polo who is only just moving to Genoa against Caballero who is actually moving to Benfica? I see your point but I wouldn't exactly suggest it's the same thing.

I'd take 5m for him tbh, I'm at near full squad limit and whilst I paid more for him it's about making some space in the squad.

The first step is admitting you have a problem.

The second is selling me Ashley Cole for £3.8m.

For selling a player then trying to buy him back.

Bull, Oviedo is NFS, I did a deal with Hero to get out and out left back cover. If you want to sign him, i'd do a deal for cash, or a swap with another LB. Make an offer, no point just saying "Interested in Oviedo".

Yep, but that was a week when I had no cover for LB, somehow the experience seems to have mentally scarred me into acquiring 5 leftbacks now.

Miccoli, to be fair, isn't really what you need, he's a Hernandez type player.
But Welbeck and Hernandez upfront would work I reckon.
