Don't tell Mouse, but I think selling Cuenca for £3.91m to help fund Lisandro for £10m is one of the most bizarre bits of business I have seen in a long time. Reminds me of CF's Bonucci + £1m for Carragher deal

The Chiellini one was good, but the Bonucci one tops it, because a season later he bought Bonucci back from me for £20m + Pazienza

My favourite signing was Barrios as a TP. I got a thumbs up from Afro at the time. Pity he didn't move to a PL in the winter transfer window. If he had, he might have been higher rated as I was going to pair him with Cardozo as a Paraguay front two.

Who the hell are you to tell me who I can and can't sign. I have twenty five first team players. Lisandro Lopez has scored 15 goals this season. Who are you to tell me who is and isn't better. When you sit and logically think about it it makes sense. The people in charge are wrong. How wrong is the game? Fifa, Uefa, Hero, Afro, whoever you are you're wrong.

He won't get into the match is my prediction. If we can get it to him on the counter then maybe, but otherwise I reckon he is pulled off and Walcott thrown on.

I quietly think we will do alright, but feel the low expectation approach might be our best way of doing something. I've tried the blinkered optimism for the 20+ years and it hasn't worked yet

And I also think Ashley Young is going to be the key to any success. His pace just behind the striker will scare most defences

I'm hoping that at any moment my work are going to tell everyone they can go early for the football.

But as I'm pretty much the only person in today who watches it then it's unlikely.

Wish I could leave early and watch in comfort at home. I will be staying at work to watch it in a fairly dingy basement and heading back after, possibly drunk and sour.

Thats one of the main reasons I got the unlimited plan so I can watch the matches on my phone on the way home.

Twist because it don't feel right you need to watch it at the exact time its happening it don't feel live otherwise.

Afro I was watching the Spain V Italy match on my phone and it worked nicely.

Not to deliberately scare you Viva but if you're streaming through legal means (which I guess you maybe won't...) then it may be slow

I had the same issue during the 2010 WC, but only when the whole country was watching on the net too. It completely froze.

Errrr but if you are streaming it on your phone/laptop, it would not be live anyway. I was watching the Ireland game on the BBC website for 20mins, then I switched it on the TV. The streaming was 30 secs behind, so obviously not live.

Anyway, I would do anything to avoid "chiles"

EDIT: It wasn't the Ireland game, it was Holland v Denmark. Whatever it was, the point is still true
