Ah right. Cool.
Any more takers for the sweepstake? I haven't gone through this with the other runners yet but I am thinking (to give everyone the chance of getting some dosh) the below:
Winner: 8m
Runner-Up: 4m
Team which contains the Euro 2012 highest scorer: 4m

I think that is better actually. Agree to that?

It's a lot of money for top scorer for me, maybe £2m is more reasonable there.

Then:
Winner: 6m
Runner Up: 4m
Losing Semi-Finalists: 2m each
Team which contains the Euro 2012 highest scorer: 2m
EDIT: Remember everyone is putting 1m in so it should come to 16m prize money. Yes I know a few haven't answered yet, but this is the whole point of a sweepstake. If people that don't take part actually in the position to win some money - they don't get it

Would that be first eliminated in terms of time, or the team with the worst record?
Because Group A have an advantage if it is time based.

In terms of time. Group A does have an advantage, but i'd argue that whoever got Spain also got an advantage. Such is the sweepstake.

Maybe - but it would be fairer that someone who had the worst record get the money back in my opinion.
Happy to go with majority rule however.

I think it should be the team with the worst record tbh. Otherwise if you have like a crap team in Group D you have no hope of winning anything

Spain's advantage is down to their ability, not down to a clock which has nothing to do with performance. But I take what you are saying, it's the nature of the draw.
I think worst team in green gets their money back

I think the winner should get more money if I'm honest. Think it should be:
10m Winner
2m Finalist
1m x 2 Semi Finalist
2m worst record in group stages
10m Winner
2m Finalist
1m x 2 Semi Finalist
2m worst record in group stages

So;
Winner: £6M
Losing finalist: £3M
Semi finalists: £2M each
Team with top scorer: £2M
Team with worst record: £1M
I get what Trebs is saying, but this would be fairest IMO.

When we kicked it off on Friday, it was a winner takes all.
That was what it was when a lot of managers signed up and I don't think it should be changed, despite me having the worst chance of everyone

Tactics are up for the Cup this week. I have made 11 changes to my starting team, but it is still a strong 11 with some good youngsters in there. Also Wilbraham has been unleashed in this competition again. Watch out

You didn't know? CricketFan, Cherrys and you are brothers when you get really angry you transform into one big brother bigger then big brother on channel 5.
I don't like to be a grass but CricketFan keyed the PES disc just now because his favourite cricket player Keven Pitersen has retired or something.

I would obviously like to win the cup, but I would rather try and keep my injuries down for the league next week. I have more pressing concerns in that at the moment ie. I am in a relegation scrap!

Of course if I get through this round in the cup, I might take it more seriously. But my next league match against Nando is important in the relegation fight, so I need my first XI to be fit really.

Stumped my £1 on Rosicky to score first in this game.
Was so short of good ideas as to who might score, no-goalscorer became the most attractive option
