Cardiff Blues lose nearly £2.3m, accounts show
Warning - never trust those in charge.
"Rugby region Cardiff Blues' have made a loss of almost £2.3m for the year ending May 2011.
The region also reported a fall in turnover, down to £7,415,870 from £8,773,243 the previous year.
The accounts submitted to Companies House under Cardiff Rugby Football Club Ltd state the financial year "proved challenging, both on and off the field".
No-one from Cardiff Blues was available for comment."
Surprise, surprise.

Ouch.
Don't worry though Dave, the Fail will have a nice reassuring article about it being just the Scarlets that are in financial trouble. Same as usual and this will be swept under the carpet.

The reasons why Cardiff Blues moved to CCS were swept under the carpet for 3 years or more and the Fail wouldn't touch this taboo subject with a barge pole. The truth will never come out openly in the press.
Heard anything from Gareth Edwards or Mike Hall recently with regards to returning to CAP? No nor me.
