What are people's thoughts on deals in real life happening? For example, Montolivo has recently signed a contract with Milan. Should that mean he cannot be transferred to this league?

I don't want to make this rule as I have personal interests involved OK So I will go with what others think.

I think all real life moves up to now have to be honored.

P.s. Montolivo hasn't signed anything yet. He has agreed to go and it's 100% certain he will but nothing has been signed yet.

Flying visit, am busy moving house.

Most people want transfers to be allowed if they've happened IRL this summer, so we will do that.

And nando, it's three injuries each, but was thinking no injuries for the first week to allow people to sort the squads? OK

All the injuries would be wrong though Nando, with all the transfers happening this week they'll all be for the wrong sides, so if you could do next week's injuries next week. I personally think as it's first week and everyone's sorting their squads there should be no injuries, but don't mind either way.

It's on the rules page that it's three injuries, I want to make sure everyone builds a good squad, not just a good eleven players OK

Really hoping my two Foreigns go through - I can't see why they won't with two players being linked to the club, wanting to move & bidding the required figure - as then I'll have a pretty tidy defence.

I've got a really risky idea for a foreign, will see what happens today. If a couple of transfers manage to get through, I will try to sign a certain player.

I have about four players linked to Liverpool IRL in mind to sign. Needing to improve my squad as I've weakened it a lot by doing cash deals.

Olly, if you make a bid, you will get one of three responses.

An outright no - You can't get the player no matter what you bid.
Not enough cash - You need to increase the cash in order to get the player.
Yes - You can go and confirm the transfer.

It prevents people bidding stupid amounts and makes them bid a good price if they want to sign the player first time.

Take someone from City who doesn't get game time, arguably in a realistic league they should be available for Loan but not for permanent transfers
