I'm new to this board
First topic message reminder :
Alright folks, I'm new to this board. Reading through the posts, it seems much more sensible and balanced with an entertaining (but not annoying) level of trolling. I've had to leave the other board I followed (scumv) as the ref bashing from the Welsh was infuriating.
As an Englishman, I'm quietly optimistic about England's future. Really need to win all our Autumn games to show real progress.
Wales, let down by bad decision making and an inexperienced captain. I won't mention RP. They need to win big in the Autumn to be taken seriously but fear they won't
Ireland, oh dear. The NZ team and performance would have destroyed anybody.
Scotland. 3/3 so good psychologically. What it actually means in terms of their progress I don't really know

Re: I'm new to this board
SA are all a bunch of nasty thugs - Their fans are unpleasant, crude and loves BRUCE
the AB's always cheat - And referees love them
Australia can not scrummage and have silly mustachios - the moustaches are because convicts hide their identities.
Wales could beat anyone on their day - Every other day they lose
Ireland always cheat (but not as well as the AB's) - A poor man's cheat.
England only won anything by a score devidable by three - or nil.
The French are lazy - their Anthem is great though.
Scotland are dark horses - but the light at the end of the tunnel

Scottish posters will be insanely optimistic, or try to be, with the exception of one poster who seems at the moment to be AWOL, before *every* match, no matter what s**** Andy Robinson fields, and then end up disappearing into some corner (most often) or celebrating like no end (recent occurrence) on the match thread but nowhere else. So you don't hear much from us unless you join our virtual pub around match days

Re: I'm new to this board
Is some kind of terrible that all hours and miles of text type into 606v2 can be distilled into two page of witty short postings!
Maybe it show we all waste our time spending with noses in the WUm trough.

We ain't finished yet AWoP, we could make at least 3-4 pages
Personally, I like to be reminded that England were the world's best team many moons ago, just so I don't forget

A quote for you then EBOP:
"At their peak, England were the best team the world has ever seen, or likely to see"
Then there is the story about time England beating the All Blacks with 13 men onto the field!

Welcome to 606v2 (the best rugby site on the web)
As and England fan I hope you have thick skin as sometimes some fans get a little hot headed and type before they think.
But I'm sure you'll get use to it quickly, in some ways it entertaining but it can get very tiresome from time to time for us serious posters.
Enjoy

Probably took one look at the responses to the OP, and thought, flag these jokers
No one's mention Gavin Hensen, does he still play club rugby?

Welcome Jimmy, no need to put it everyone's face though.
Has anyone else noticed that the OP hasn't bothered to post anything else?
It kind of looks like "I'm new to this board... and now I'm bored."
Bye then dTWb...
