Looks good.
Suarez
Good FF player though. Got to good for something I suppose.
Got Torres in my side. Desperately hope he comes good this season for us. Also got Pod. Think he'll do well at Arsenal, a bit like Henry.

Great result to beat City, even if they have weakened slightly recently.
Wouldn't have Suarez in my FF side even if he scored every week.

I'm always up for a deal as well although we swapped a lot of players yesterday so I'm not sure we have much more we can do captain.
Never say never though.
Looks like Cazorla is coming to Arsenal then Kam. Good signing. Very versatile player.

Reckon he'll start around half the games Kam, given the players we've bought it should mean we can alternate and keep them all fresh
Re: Fantasy European League Season 2™ Homepage (2)
Who on earth will be your AM this season, it's like a dream team wish list with Oscar, Hazard, Mata and Marin are fighting it out for that role (oh and Fat Frank).
I actually think Chelsea may win the league this season if the buys gel quickly.

I'm talking pure fantasy football talk.
Marin is only worth 7m but not sure if he is a guarantee starter
I guess Hazard and Mata will be

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2™ Homepage (2)
I'm not sure how many matches he'll start tbh. He'll start a few and if he does well he could establish himself. The most promising thing from his perspective is the likelihood of Lukaku going on loan leaving Sturridge as a central striker rather than RWF. If we sign Moses and/or another striker then I would say he'll get less time.
I'm assuming you're thinking FF here. I did ponder having him but decided against it.

The worst thing is I don't really like the Chelsea team, the likes of Terry etc but I do like the guys they've been bringing in over the summer so it will be bittersweet watching them this year, a club I don't like but now bringing players I do. Same with City with Aguero, Kompany and Silva etc, you just can't help but admire their talents.

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2™ Homepage (2)
Oscar and Mata, not to mention Sturridge, are at the Olympics so won't be available to us before September. Mata is getting a long break since he was at the Euros as well although didn't play much. Still scored in the final thoough. )
Once they are back though, who knows. Mata and Hazard will fight it out for the No.10 position behind Torres. I would say they could and should alternate thoughout a match. In fact, the 3 support players behind Torres ought to be fluid imo to drag the defenders all over the place. Lampard and Ramires will anchor the midfield.

Looking for to Chelsea next season too.
Just hoping Arsenal can sort themselves out asap.
Van Persie needs to make his move or stay now otherwise it could disrupt the side.
Another rollercoaster season
Everytime I see that football advert with Martin Tyler screaming 'Aguerooo', it brings a smile to my face. Never celebrated a goal like that in a long time

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2™ Homepage (2)
Unsure, depends very much on who ends up joining us, the Moura deal is looking back on again it seems and I believe Jones will take up more of a DM role this season once Smalling and Vidic are up to fitness.
Can see this being the team:
De Gea
Rafael/Jones---Rio/Smalling---Vidic---Evra/Baines
Jones/Scholes---Carrick
Valencia---Kagawa---Moura/Young
Rooney

I did wonder. Smalling is injured so will be out for a while it seems.
Jones to play more you reckon. Food for thought.

Just read a funny article regarding another national anthem mishap.
In Kuwait, Kazakhstan's team were stunned when they heard 'Borat's version' played instead of the real one

This was the side before:

Srna ---- Vidic ----- Chiellini --- Coentrao
---------Scholes ---- Wilshere
Cazorla --------------------- Podolski
---------Benzema
Done really well mate, particuarly with that problem midfield.

Once again I was that impressed by Neymar. Maybe I was expecting too much.
When he gives away the ball, he is lazier than Ibra to try and get the ball back. My biggest worry for him is that he easily gets barged off the ball with his skinny frame.

Re: Fantasy European League Season 2™ Homepage (2)
Sahin was player of the year in Germany the year before last but he then got a series of niggles and as a result couldnt force his way into the Real team and it was a career nosedive joining them. If he remains injury free and gets a move he would be a real bargain for some team.
