i have a bet with a mate that if Liverpool finish top 4 ( i wasn't convinced at the start of the season and in a drunken mood made the bet ) i will streak from our local all the way home after the last game of the season

I did it the other night here (without the scream). It was so hot and it rained at about midnight... so I walked around the back yard starkers... just to feel the drops of rain on my old fella.   

Another weird thing... just went out the back and parts of my lawn are covered with hundreds of tiny mushrooms. Odd, because I mowed it on Sunday... and it was looking like a bowling green until this afternoon.

Very. That last post of mine was a while back. No mushies anymore!

If you look back a few posts you will see that i had a bet that i needed to honor , well due to my health that didn't get done and we have now moved house to the other side of the city so a streak from my old local to my new address would probably take a good hour if i run ( which i am not sure i am upto ) .

My mate has said i can streak from one pub to the next one when we finally get a night out again so thats something to look forward to

So when are you going to do it? (no pressure)

Need to ease myself into a night out with my mates or i will defo be back in the hospital with alcohol poisoning

Yeah, I wouldn't put the body under any extra punishment. Maybe offer to do 5 x 100m streaks?

Felt shattered over the weekend

Felt shattered yesterday. Heat taking its toll on me.

need to start a fitness program that wont over do things

My brother is trying to get me into some activity. Have you heard of map my ride?
There's also map my walk, map my run. Might start with a brisk walk, then increase the distance. Later on try to run and get a bike.

started walking more again but just seem to get tired really quickly

Same here. Need to get past that initial barrier and then it gets easier, I hear.
