Victor Vito and Pierre Spies. Same, same?
The NZHerald raise the question of whether Victor Vito is a flanker, or more suited out in the backs:

Their point that he might be a winger is ridiculed by respondents.
But what about as a second five eigthths? There would be a new style of game of playing with essentially three flankers, for the kind of close driving game that was so effective against Australia last year. If it's all about the breakdown, then why not bring an extra athletic flanker with great ball skills and rigid defense?
I could also see Pierre Spies in this role.

He looked a lot better in open space when he played 7's than anything i've seen from him playing for the Hurricanes or NZ

The march towards rugby league is gaining momentum...where backs and forwards now are built the same...and all do the same duty near enough.
Whilst i applaud Unions imporovement in fitness, physical improvements etc...im saddened also....
