Let's hope for a speedy recovery

He's been ill for much of the year, unfortunately, so this news is particularly worrying.

That said, he made an incredible recovery from that horrific car accident he was in years ago, confounding all doctors who said that such a recovery would be impossible, so let's hope that Ken can produce a big turn of fortunes again.

Sad news but I wish him all the best, and hope he's on the mend again soon.

Yeah all the best Ken, a true warrior he'll not go easy.

Think he had one against Cooney too....

Unlucky is our Kenny.....shafted against Ali....nearly died when his car left the freeway and hit a tree....

Always had a lot of time for Ken Norton,gave Ali nightmares and was unlucky not to get the nod in their third fight. Liked him in the film Mandingo too,here's hoping for a speedy recovery Ken our thoughts are with you.

Aye rapid, he definitely deserved the nod in that final bout with Ali, as well as the honour of being able to call himself the Heavyweight champion of the world without any kind of asterisk next to it, which he sadly had to do when he finally did get his hands on a belt.

And as for Norton-Holmes, well....Has there ever been a greater Heavyweight title bout?
