When a goalkeeper is sent off
Do you think a substitute goalkeeper should be allowed?
I don't, some of us will remember back to when there were only 2 subs and very rarely a sub GK. An outfield player used to go in goal and the team continued without a proper GK and only 10 men on the park. Some people will say, it will ruin the game if Vidic or Carragher or somebody else goes in goal, but IMO I think if a GK is sent off, he shouldn't be replaced by a sub GK.
Obviously if injured, then a GK can be replaced like for like.

Re: When a goalkeeper is sent off
That's an interesting thought, and I kind of like the idea of it - after all how much fun is it seeing an outfield player faffing around in goals? - but then you'd open up a can of worms; if a defender gets sent off why should you be able to bring on a defender?
I like the thinking though, we need more ways of getting a star striker to play in between the sticks!!

I think if you want to sacrifice an outfield player and put a sub goalie on then you can. It can be quite intriguing if an outfield player goes in goal.

If a centre half is sent off should the opposition be allowed to take off another player to replace him. Of course they would don't see why keepers should be any different.

Of course there should, keeper get's sent off in the first 5 minutes, no sub keeper?; it would ruin the game.
