Cari asked me to post this.
"Huge breaking story about the Cavan hurlers pulling out of senior hurling for 2011.
I...um....I mean RebelBhoy has posted this story over in the other place.
what is the deal? should we double post?
should we post here?
should we post there?"
My take on this is as follows
I know that the election will be held in the post 606 era, however the other candidates have given their pledges as to what they will do for you in the future. However here is Cari taking the lead and addressing this issue in the here and now. i call that taking the lead. A real proactive approach to forum membership and ideal qualities of a future moderator.
On the Cavan hurlers story, I am utterly dismayed. It has been coming and whilst they say they will be back and they have a 5 year plan to improve things, They have badly let down the Gaels of that great county. They will all get off their backsides this weekend for their trip to croker, but not to save hurling in the county.

Re: Forum etiquette
Er....I didn't know anything about this until now.
I've said it before, I don't want to be a moderator!

Don't blame you Cari. Some of these lads can never be moderated.

She is being modest. of course she wants to moderate us. She will lead us through these austere times like a beacon of hope.
