Wigan played well , and i think they shocked Huddersfield a little who seemed to start well but when that didn't see them put points on the board they imo looked lost and not sure of what to do .

Does this mean Hull now play Huddersfield unless Rovers win?

I'm not sure as they keep changing it . They said on Sky that whoever lost between Huddersfield and Wigan would play the winners of Saints Rovers ?

Thought Huddersfield gave a near faultless 1st half(helped by Hull being Atrocious), and the game was over after 20mins when they lead 36-0.

I switched it on when Huddersfield had reached 60 points - what an annihilation!
Made worse by me tipping Hull FC.

I'm struggling to understand. A few weeks ago Huddersfield got thrashed. Was that an understrength side they put out? So they are obviously genuine contenders, yeah?

Yes having already won the league leaders shield for finishing 1st Huddersfield rested 12 or so players versus Bradford a few weeks ago so basically played a reserve side .

Lastnight they played outstanding rugby league in the first half ( and from what i have heard from a mate who was working their lastnight Anderson had a right go at them after the game for not showing the same intensity in the second half , he was saying they should of scored a 100 + which would of sent a clear message to the other teams still in that they meen business )

Watching the Leeds - Saints match.
A tight match too.... much like the Roosters-Manly game last week (4-0).

Intense game, to many mistakes for it to be a classic, odd refereeing/Video ref decisions, Saints were poor on attack.

So know Clubcall, will Warrington chose Leeds or Huddersfield.

I honestly think anyone of the four remaining teams can win the grand final so these should be two very good semi finals and final

Agree that it was hardly suprising. But to be honest I think I would have gone for Leeds. Beat them twice at home (including fairly comprahensivly 2 weeks ago), plus Leeds will have more beat up bodies after this weeks games.

I watched the draw on the rfl web site before it came on skysports and there was a funny bit with all four owners/chairman sat at that table were Gary Hethrington ( Leeds ) got the water jug and poured the Wigan chairman a glass then himself and then the Huddersfield Chairman a glass but then put the jug down and away from the Warrington chairman so he didn't get one :laugh:the look that the Huddersfield guy gave Hethrington was so funny . The Huddersfield chairman then lent over the table to get the jug and poured the Warrington chairman a drink ( you couldn't hear what was being said but i am sure they were ripping into Hethrington .

Anyone know if Hethrington and the Warrington chairman don't get on ?

With regard to the club call i think it was a coin toss decision really as there isn't a ' weak ' team left to pick

Good game lastnight , i thought Warrington always had that little bit extra to call upon i just never thought Huddersfield looked like winning

I thought Warrington were well in control of the game up until Joel Monaghan going off then losing Ratchford aswell did it for them , to much reshuffling ot the team after that .

It's a mans game and no excuses but i don't like to see cheap shots like the punch from Westwood or the poor tackle from Hansen it doesn't show the game in a good light .

Yeah, strong finish from Wigan. It's always the case when a key player leaves the field and the tide turns... and the opposition smells blood. Hate the cheap shots too. I know many fans are baying for it but it's kind of sad really. I don't mind the traditional softening up period and a mini all-in brawl to let off steam early in a game but not into the individual spiteful altercations.

Well lads... WC next. I'd love to be there.
