Well he didn't see the stamp so there was nothing he could have done.
He clearly kicked the ball when 'trying' to get out. Was a definite penalty. And persistent infringing made it a yellow
i dont buy the "he didn't see it", he was stood in front.
So the ref saw a deliberate stamp and didn't act on it? Aye good one.

Haskell got a yellow because he touched the ball on purpose with his right foot while getting away from the ruck. Not dubious at all.
