I hate seeing people doing wrist curls.....especially If there are no Ez bars around!!!........Geez If curls, chins, deads and presses can't get your wrists big...then forget it..

For me, controversially I'll guess, its the flat barbell bench press. No real functional strength value and there are far better exercises if you just wanna look good!

It was quite something to behold...

Using more shoulders and traps than anything, thanks to the limited range of motion of the smith rack! Ridiculous.

Shrugs are the most pointless exercises in the gym. Just take your wife dress shopping and shrug after every dress she tries on. Shrugs of steel after a couple of trips

Purely because there are better ways to build a chest for looks and the only thing it will do for strength is, well increase your bench press. Its the mechanics of the thing, the tight back and shoulders......unnatural for a push.......but in fairness what do I know......just come from the gym and did wrist curls and reverse curls at the end Very Happy

Certainly do. Couple of lads get in my local and will arm curl for about 45 minutes and wrist curl for the remainder if the session...

In that time I've deadlifted, done pull ups, rows and core. They wonder why they make no progress.
