I was just wondering if most of you guys stuck to the traditional weights etc...or if you liked to mix it up now and again?

Ive included a few things here for something a bit different that do the business.

1) A weight Free (Well you use your bodyweight) Workout.
30 x Handstand Press Ups
100 x Normal press Ups
100 x Wide Press Ups
100 x Narrow Press ups (NOT DIAMOND PRESS UPS)
200 x Hindu Squats
50 x Pull Ups
50 Diamond Press Ups
50 x Hindu Press Ups
Sit Ups

2) Randy Couture (UFC Competitor) Workout
Do 8 Sets with a 60 Sec Rest between sets.
Use fairly light weight as it kicks in.

8 Bent over Rows
8 Upright Rows
8 Front Shoulder Press
8 Goodmornings
8 Split Squats – Each side
8 Back Squats with a Shoulder Press
8 Straight leg Deadlifts

3) Matt Fureys Royal Court
Hindu Press Ups – Simply do as many as possible between 300 to 1000 + (As many as possible)
Hindu Squats –As above - Between 300 to 1000+ (As many as possible)
Neck Bridge – Whatever you can do.

4)
Full Burpees – Including a press up.
Mark out two spots 5m apart. After performing the burpees walk to the other mark then do next set. The walk is the rest.

30 + is the target, and rated very fit.
Do 30 burpees, then 29 Burpees, then 28, then 27.......down to 1.
If too much start at 20 and work up to 30.

Just a couple...do you have any good ones you can pass on?

60 plyometric press ups
80 twist crunches
60 hanging knee raises
60 dips

alternate
36 Thor pull ups (I dont know the name, I got the name from a Mens Health mag. Its a regular pull up, but your chin touches your hand)
45 pull ups
24 wide grip chin ups
100 squats
30 jump squats
100m lunges.
and then I hop onto random chairs and/or tables 20-25 times
