Jack Sock stepped it up

I have been watching this Kid come up the ranks, I was so happy for his performance in USO last year, and yesterday he beat a man in form Milos Roanic on a tight 3 set battle.

Sock upset no.2 seed Raonic in Memphis 6-3,5-7,7-5.

This guy is a real deal, got a great serve, striking forehand and a very solid backhand, compact height and a great mindset. Could be the Next Andy Roddick US fans looking for.

Actually Sock should be the Baby Sampras as they both come from the same country , has a style similar to him, height-weight similar, mindset when on similar but highly inconsistent to carry on the belief in the earlier rounds to potential rounds.

He is more talented than harrison, harrison has been more successful as of yet. But I feel like sock might have more firepower. Harrison's big problem is that he drifts too far behind the baseline. Sock has big weapons and is a decent enough mover and a pretty good backhand.

20 years old is hardly a kid in tennis terms, and when you look at Nadal, Djokovic and Murray at that age, he's a virtual chopper by comparison.

Finally the Sock got worn out.. he "went to sleep" in two sets to Feli Lopez.. trust a Spaniard to put the boot in.

They should just ban left handed Spaniards. They ruin it for everyone.

How far did Sock get in the tournament?

Feli is now in the SF first Spaniard for umpteen years apparently..
31yrs old .. not bad I suppose.. When he plays well he plays very very well but when he plays bad he´s orrid !!!!! His backhand is a joy when its on song.
He will probably crumble now which is his usual will or wont bless him !!
