I feel cr@p , should know better at my age but we don't all get together much nowadays so i shall just have to get on with it ................at least the kids wont be home until teatime so i can get my head down for a bit

Can't beat a jolly boys outing.

I got really smashed on the Friday before the 3rd Lions Test. Some blokes from Glos were staying here and we went to Bondi for about 20 hours. Nearly killed me. The next day made it even worse. Woke up with a sore throat and was half-dead by kick-off. Felt like a crap host but the lads were very sympathetic afterwards!

Getting to old for a fast recovery now , can't sleep , heads pounding , think fresh air is the cure

Missed tipping another match in SG. Lucky the default pick won. I'm getting overwhelmed with reminders and invitations to more comps. I had 31 the other day. Do you think it's all getting out of hand? I used to write messages with my 'declines' but now I just hit the decline button all the time.

Yes i'm the same , get 10 invites per tournie ( some i haven't a clue what they are ) so just accept the first 7 and upset the rest

I feel rude knocking back the same guys' invites all the time. I don't like those big pools with 100s of people bantering in Afrikaans... have no idea what they are saying! There's also less chance of topping those ones.

think he has put all his eggs in one basket and picked a full team for first round so wont get to change enough for next set of games

Chose a team full of Kiwis but then realised I need to stack it with players from the 4 Saffa teams who are the only ones playing this weekend.
Does that mean I can't sub them out before next weekend and put some Kiwis and Aussies back into the starting side?

he is bored already with it and i can't be bothered either so we shall see how his team does with no changes all season
