Welterweight top 10
Although I'm a big fan of both, Can someone please explain how Ring Magazine have Brook No.5, Malignaggi at No.6 whilst Bradley is No.7!? I'm not saying Bradley deserves to be WAY higher, especially after a controversial decision against Pac, but come on seriously? No way should he be behind Brook and Paulie??

The ring is ment to have the most sensible rankings too. Bradley has only had two fights at the weight though, Manny and that Russian lad, mallinaggi hasn't had much more than senchenko at welter.
The sad part is that brook has been a career welter weight and yet both mallinaggi and Bradley have had better wins at his weight. He really needed that Alexander fight.

Cheers Azania. I view The Ring as the most accurate, but i also just found it slightly odd that Bradley is P4P No.9, but is only No.7 is his own weight category. I suppose previously fighting at 140 is the main reason

Re: Welterweight top 10
I thought De La Hoya and his mob bought The Ring which may explain Bradley's low ranking...

I think the Ring magazine said they would not recognise Bradleys 'win' over Pacquiao and as such both fighters would retain their previous rankings, so a close win over Provodkinov isn't enough to see him that highly rated.

Would still have him above Malignaggi to be fair IG.

The Ring Ratings are compiled exclusively by Chuck Giampa.

They're trying their best to offer a viable alternative to the alphabet dross and Ring (which has gone to pot a bit since Collins, Dettloff and Raskin were "let go").
Teddy Atlas spoke up for them recebtly on FNF in the States.

When a promotional company owns a "belt" is tends to get a little bias. Their ranking of Bradley being a case in point. Had he been a GBP fighter he would be ranked 2 at WW I reckon.
