Delve to leave Rebels
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/rugbyunion/club/10073064/Gareth-Delve-to-leave-Melbourne-Rebels.html
Unclear whether he wanted to leave or whether the ARU just didn't want to extend the Rebels ability to keep overseas players in their squad.

Re: Delve to leave Rebels
He is going to Japan
Over the last 2 seasons he has rejected offers to return to Wales from the Blues and Scarlets
Can people stop wanted Delve to play for Wales now? It's not like he has ever performed well on the international stage...even Henson managed that for people irrational love.

Re: Delve to leave Rebels
"One of Delve's final appearances is likely to be against the British and Irish Lions in Melbourne on June 25. "
I guess that is a pretty good way to sign off!
Gareth will return to Wales, Ged to New Zealand in the hopes of playing for the All Blacks, Richard heads to Stade Franca...is and James King also heads abroad.

From the Rebels Facebook site:
NEWS | Gareth Delve, Ged Robinson, Richard Kingi and James King will all depart the Rebels at the end of the season.
Gareth will return to Wales, Ged to New Zealand in the hopes of playing for the All Blacks, Richard heads to Stade Franca...is and James King also heads abroad.
"Playing for the Rebels has made my career. The players and the stadium are the best I have ever played in, or in front of, and I don't know if I will ever realise that again," said Ged.

He seems an intelligent chap, not the kind of person that will make the same mistake twice!

Edinburgh are very much in the market for a number 8, and at 30 he ought to have three good seasons left in him.
I'd very much support the signing of Gareth Delve at Edinburgh, and there's the added bonus of Gatland being unlikely to call him up for Wales.

Re: Delve to leave Rebels
I think it's safe to say any Welsh region, Scottish club or English club would be happy to see him sign (some for the right price though)
But he wants to be in Cardiff, he wants to play for the Blues and he wants a crack at a Welsh shirt again...
Only Cardiff could balls this up again!
