Got a £12m loan from the council. Stadium development is a go! This has been in the pipeline for years.
Also, Coventry want to ground share for 3 years. According to Cardoza it's true but isn't close to being done and dusted.

Former West Brom, and Arsenal beater, Darren Carter signed on a free from Cheltenham.

Right then, tomorrow the new leaner, meaner, Northampton Town open the season up in York City.
The team looks very good and JJ Hooper may be the big signing for the club. Matt Duke is the perfect replacement for Lee Nicholls who was recalled to Wigan.
UP THE COBBLERS!!!

Looking to get 2 wins on the bounce tomorrow but will be a tough trip to Southend who have a 100% record although last year it was an unexpected away win for the Cobblers. Hackett is back and so is Clive Platt who gives a bit of height up top to go with the speed of O'Donovan, Hooper and Blyth.
This could be the game of the week in League 2.

Nothing to shout about right now. But, if last year is anything to go by the team will be on fire from December to April.

If the club goes down it'll possibly be curtains. Playing in the conference, the already low 4000 attendance will drop and they have that £12m loan from the council to deal with too.
Possible merger with Coventry???

Northampton have signed Crawley striker Emile Sinclair on loan to end of season, with a view to a two-year contract for an undisclosed fee.

Terminated Ishmel Demontagnac too. That guy was awful even last season.
