I think it's fair to say a few people have used that method this season. Sellers need to be aware though, as they could be getting a bum deal by doing it as someone else may make a better offer if they knew something was on the table.

Risk people take I guess.

I've done one myself but it's a little underhanded and sneaky. I'd say to people receiving these offers:

People often do PM offers as they're rubbish or they don't want the deals out in the open as you will more than likely get a better offer.
