League Reboot

First topic message reminder :

Please register your interest should we press ahead and reboot the league.

This is also a good chance to air grievances with current rules and suggest new ones, as well as any innovations you have to make it better.

We may entirely ignore all suggestions, such is our wont.

Team Selection

Every team valued at 100m or below is available

Everybody bids for their preferred team

Maximum bid is 120m, Minimum 70m. Bids must also be at least TM value of the club

Any money left over from the 120m budget goes into your budget for a player draft

Results
Same as before

Voting
Same as before, however 1 good/bad point for each team required

TP Limit
Draft = no TP limit
Start of the league = £10m limit
Each week = £1m increase
End of season 1 = £19m TP limit (based on 10 teams, no cup weeks as we'd do that at the end)
End of season 2 = £28m

You could make it £12m > £21m > £30m if preferred?

This will change slightly depending on number of teams.

Injuries
AGREED AS 4 INJURIES PER WEEK

Do we want any form of transfers healing injuries?
NO

Whether to ditch U21 and nationality restrictions
AGREED TO DITCH BOTH

SINGLE LEAGUE

There was 3 I was split between as well. The English sides looked very tempting as all the squad players everyone knows whilst a team like Metalist is worth the same but who knows alls the random Popokovs etc.

Can I put 1st choice club & 2nd choice club on my PM Bid to Afro?

I have a feeling my first choice club will be popular with people so I rather just put 2nd choice & save the rebidding time + I dont want to rebid again as I only want to spend x amount on my club. Unless the rule is you have to rebid then fine.

Also, can everyone take a copy of the team they have bid on please.

I realised this could become a mess, should players transfer between clubs during the bidding process.

The sides we are bidding on will be as they currently stand and any transfers that occur (in or out) will be ignored.

Also note that as we are basing it on the TM values, any loans will be counted as permanent transfers. So for example, if you have Everton and Barcelona, Deulofeu would be an Everton player, not a Barca one. This then reflects the squads on TM and therefore the TM value

I am happy to manage the draft as despite expectations I'm not travelling anywhere just yet. However, after the draft is done, I'm not planning to assume any runners jobs as I am off to Madrid for the week on the 19th August and then probably a few other places
