I also like Leicesters shirt that they released before the Prem final last season, Canterbury are doing some nice shirts at the moment.

New Scarlets kit, similar to last season but now with the white trim...away kit looks ok, better than last seasons dark brown one.

Dyfed Steels still need to embrace a different colour palette and Johnny Boy there needs a shave, but apart from that, it's champion.

I was right, it is red.
Not too sure about the piping on it, but I know come sat I'll have bought it and changed my mind. The away shirt is a real improvement though, glad to see we hav gone back to our traditional away colour again.

Not a bad shirt, seems weird to be sponsored by BTSport mind, how long is that sponsorship deal for? Can't imagine that going down too well with Sky during the HEC (and Rabo next season).

Re: New Kits 2013/14 season
I think it's 4 years for both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Their biggest ever sponsorship deal etc etc. If Sky don't like it I suppose they could choose not to show Edinburgh and Glasgow games, since they are only showing 33 out of 135 in the league, but I guess it won't bother them enough to be worth doing that.ScarletSpiderman wrote:Not a bad shirt, seems weird to be sponsored by BTSport mind, how long is that sponsorship deal for? Not really a fan of Glasgow's. I used to like it when it had more of the blue on it.
Prefer Edinburgh's but the pictures don't really do them justice on my phone.

My thoughts about Glasgow's new kit can best be conveyed by pictorial means:

That seems to be the view of most Scottish fans I think. Im just glad macron are making the effort to design each one individually unlike the Canterbury approach of using one template and changing the colours! That alone makes the Glasgow kit an improvement in my book.Risca Rev wrote:Not really a fan of Glasgow's. I used to like it when it had more of the blue on it.

That's true, Pat. For all my p!ssing and moaning, I think that both strips looks better when you see them by themselves:Pat_Mustard wrote:That seems to be the view of most Scottish fans I think. And Macron leisurewear doesn't make you look like you're a 46 year old geography teacher on Casual Friday.
